What is now needed is some PR work by Roland and team by way of an example look how long it is since there was an a article in energy voice one of the main trade papers to which all the funds specializing in oil and gas subscribe . With an extension to July for the frac there is now time for Roland to do some serious promotion work to the benefit of the shareholders and share price. I think the .28 share options now have a good chance of been triggered on the way to frac but the .476 options with a final date of 30th June 2022 may be difficult wonder what others think.

A question the answer I am not sure of- having look quickly through recent RNS i cannot see any where it states the restart of production and the re-frac will be two separate events. Does anybody know if there would be any advantage to doing the re-frac before restarting production. would all that built up of extra pressure from the wells been shut in be an advantage or hinderance i wonder.

1. The derampers will they stay or move on? but at least we are aware of them and will treat them as they deserve.
2. We can be sure Roland and is team are doing their best to help shareholders after todays events. In my experience the directors of so many aim companies would not have bothered.

Oex will have a lot of input from others in the industry to do there best to ensure the refract is a success the asset is simply too big to be allowed to fail.

It would appear that a number of shorters possibly a coordinated group took positions expecting to be able to move the share price down today to make a very large profit. This has not happened and it just shows how risky shorting can be. They will doubtless be pleased that they have been able to get out without too much damage. If it had not been for this shorting attack we would be in late 20's or early 30's by now but there is this afternoon and tomorrow.
PS its worth looking at the posting history of some of them especially as some are reasonably new, probably here today and gone tomorrow now they are sussed.

I don't think there will be any bid . If it did people in the city would quickly find out and the price would go up. Also shareholders would have a vote and if it were low ball other bidders with the assets we have would come in taking the price up. At 10p it would be approx 400 million and 15p its 600 million . However I think if anything a farmin or sale of one of our other assets kiliwani for instance.

Yes I think you are right about sentiment. This time we have such as oilman jim in his private blog featuring aminex each week which is always good for a promote on the way up to drill judging by the rises in the last year of the shares he has promoted in his blog.

Does been here since 2009 and not sold a single share since 2012 since when I have been slowly accumulating each year qualify
as a lth I wonder. I think now we have approx 3 times more gas than first thought in 2017 according to the energy voice article we could easily get back to 7p and beyond in the not too distant future especially with potential for oil as well.

June2016 share price 1.15p christmas 2016 2.30p (approx double) april 2017 after drill 7p . Only five months to start of quarter 3 with a number of potential catalysts along the way. Hopefully this will now start to rise. Energy voice back articles from 2014 are a really good read just put the word aminex as a search term leave plc off.

I remember a conversation with Jay the then ceo after a AGM in Dublin together with crusty and irishmouse. When we did our best to find out about a large volume of liquid which together with the oil in the cuttings in the last drill we were trying to get information on to no avail. Looking back I wonder how much was because of magaluf as we now know a lot more of what was happening in the back ground now. Wonder what crusty recalls of the conversation. Anyway Tanzania oil may not be such a far fetched dream as you think.

I have been a subscriber for some time, could I suggest that it would be a good idea for all shareholders old and new to read the back issues for aminex starting about 2014. It gives some insight as to what we have. Probably take less than 20 minutes and for some will be a real eye opener.

HI gordon I see what you mean about timor and from previous Rns 's understood it was in process of some form of settlement. Under Financial does not state for Timor although if for timor only a little misleading. Not that I think it would be required for anything else. Jasper I do not understand why you say that Roland said that there is no loan facility available at the moment .when todays RNS under FINANCIAL clearly states that they have a loan facility with 750k available for drawdown if required. I do wonder if you are putting words into Rolands mouth for some reason. I am left wondering if you have fully read todays RNS.

JASPER 13 YES I know what cash burn is I orginally trained as a certified accountant. What exactly did Roland say to you today that the rest of us are not aware of. I spoke to him myself on monday on another matter and can easily ring him tomorrow and check.

Sorry jasper 13 I think you are wrong . They have some cash in the bank and a loan arrangement if required which will see them through until quarter 1 2022 when as you say yourself production will resume. Also remember they are already been bank rolled (for want of a better phrase) by certain strategic investors/ shareholders. Thus I am convinced that no placement will happen in the near future

The company have already told us that when they restart production of the shut in well's it will cover their day to day expenses.
The two new wells will be paid for by joint venture for which there are a number of larger parties interested ( I think their could be a least one multinational it would make sense given the management appointments in the last 6 months)

If they are success in their bids for either Esmond or Forbes major grants will become available and joint ventures will quickly follow.

I don't see near term funding been a problem . They only need ratification and work over date for the share price to go way over 47.6 which in turn will give them 2.8 million. Bothof which will happen I think by early next year. We also have approx 70 old wells as well as the two new wells planned for next year wonder if some of these old wells will be suitable for workovers to connect to high pressure pipeline.
