Just to demonstrate what can happen with one piece of good news the share price on 31st march 2021 was .165 by the 6th april 2021 it was .39 more than double in six days. Whilst I would not sell if it only doubled from these lows it would be a good moral boost.

We all know the share price is way too low. Adding producing assets through acquisition may be one way of kick starting the upward momentum of the share price. With assets we have a low ball offer given some of the shareholder who are always willing to take a small profit and move on could be a real danger. But we also have two drills in the next six months as now confirmed by Roland in is interview which will help the share price. There is too much low cost money about at the moment to fund low ball takeover which is a double edged sword as it will help fund any acquisition Roland has in mind. We need a share price of at least 2 or 3p

I think you are absolutely right in my mind it's not will OEX be taken over its a question of when and its how long down the road will determine the price we get

I think posters are getting mixed up. RNS 23rd april GOI approved work programme states open up shut in wells and 2 well drilling programme WHICH IS FOR THIS YEAR. Then drill a number of further wells to enable connection to main pipe line building a significant production base and storage facility Its this part that will take 12 to 24 months and that's a very short timescale for such a project and it says to me plans etc must be really well advanced joe as not been idle whilst waiting for cambay purchase and if you look at Rolands experience he his just the person to get the job done.

No indication as to who is churning the shares also in this market at the moment the market maker won't want to be holding any placing shares until news hence they keep reducing the bid. Interesting point on bbc news with regard to the attempted takeover of morrisons that shares on the London market are very cheap compared to other exchanges and how there is a lot of cheap money about. This is reflected on the aim market at the moment as well. Its just case of waiting it out . look how last year the dow went down more than 25% over about 10days and recovered over the following few weeks.

In simple terms they use computer programs a combination of buying ,selling and spread bets. They forward sell shares taking a profit from the spread bet as it falls using placing shares to cover their sales . They then have a low share price and take a profit running the price up both in the market and from their spread bets. Not something I would like to do and the computer programs to do it are very expensive. This is how in broad terms it was explained to me the method relies on having a large volume of shares to churn from what I could see.

just bought a few more - The traders can make a small profit shorting at the moment knowing tranche 2 is on its way. The question is how low can they take it before it becomes too good a bargain to ignore . The price turns upward and profits from shorting start to evaporate. I doubt it will go much below .205 as this is time limited due to tranche 2 arrival but I could be wrong

like you I find it disappointing - only clue I can see is sold volume which is very high compared with bought volume. Wonder if one of our so called sophisticated investors who bought about beginning of feb at approx .08 is taking is profit on that batch at .22 as he has part of the second tranche of placing shares coming - just a guess. there is also go away in may and come back in september for the st. ledger although not so much these days.

I agree there should have been some form of election of directors if required under the articles of association but what is required is to inform shareholders of director changes. I did see SN, Luis Giust and Tyler Nelson listed in the documents posted by the gambler today .I seem to remember last year that some posters thought Dustin had been appointed as a director but I could be wrong. But at least we may be able to contact Tyler Nelson through is company

May come in as jv partner on some of the projects although will have to be careful as could be conflict of interest. Also he could simply buy some of the placing shares been churned . But regardless I think posters are now starting to realize how good an appointment he is.

SN AND ZAZA seem to be the only director's this board talks about and in the last 2 years we do not even know for certain that they are the same people .
Why don't posters say who they think are directors or have been directors . That way we might get a list together and from that we might be able to make contact with some and even find out the current state of play.

I take a different view to you. I take this as the first step to turning OEX into a much bigger business and Joe is not leaving he is simply moving side ways to allow Roland in who has just the right experience.

Roland Wessel appointment is significant . It means easy access to the money markets for projects and add is experience to that of oex's existing team is a very good choice . I think as we expand the size now of the management team moving forward we can easily cope with projects in uk and india . Vox markets in their written intro to the podcast yesterday summed this up very well. DELT as i have said before is a good indicator for what is possible for uk projects large amounts of available funding and look how IOG tried to take them over and I don't think they wanted to know.

The reason I said .7 as a minimum for viability of excise of options is to allow for drop in share price once option take up is rns's which will still give room in a reduced share price to make a small profit. This is option price of .476 plus approx 50%. The only other way would be to forward sell shares and then borrow shares until option shares are available this would involve costs for borrowing the shares so again to make even a small profit the share price would need to be .7 or approaching that .

The options as part of tranche 2 at .476 per share will when exercised give OEX £2.872 millions with a limited shelf life- 12 months basically expire 30th june 22. This is a large sum OF money for OEX and i would think they will be keen to see the taken up. For those taking them up they will need a share price of at least .7 and preferably near or above 1p to make the exercise viable even with forward selling . I think we are in for a good stream of news to make this work and it would be almost too messey to contemplate another fund raise before this is out the way. This could even happen very quickly and all I can say is anybody shorting this share would be foolish.

Look at the recent bhandut deal where they have sold their interest but are probably been retained on a fee paid basis for technical and other work. It is oex experience that among other things will be much in demand over the next few years. Off to bed now early start.
