I think JA must be expecting Cameroon Documentation before 30th June other wise he would have scheduled it for late July or later to give plenty of time for the sigh off . Probably expects to be very busy getting things ready for the drill after 30th June. I hope to go to the AGM as usual anybody else going?

Fridays late purchase and the rise from .22 to .24 (16.54%) suggests to me that any previous share over hang is now clear with a good share price run over the next few weeks ahead.

I also remember a Blytheray interview with David Mirzai analyst at SP Angel where he indicated a timescale for production news and I thought then that signoff of the licence extension would be similar and we are now approaching that point so I expect sign off to be imminent, especially as new processing vacillates will shortly be ready and they have to fill the shortfall from somewhere

Wonder if the recent joint visit had anything to do with this licence round although JA did mention in interview January 2025 possible gas to power project with prime

For once you may have a valid point. I always thought in January 25 when JA converted debt to shares to give him 22% it was more to make it more difficult for a low priced takeover to succeed and there were several possible groups interested although I could be wrong. I also think there is a small group of shareholders with between 100 and 200 million shares so with JA they may hold 40 to 45 % of the company again pure conjecture. Lat year a poster on the other board said a takeover bid was been prepared of .15 for when the licence extension etc was through again may not be true but we do have more than most negative posters on this and the other board who seem to have the job of keeping the price down and I have noticed that some only post mainly in business hours. If there were a takeover bid I think .15 which is approx 50 million is too low and it would have to be .3 approx 100 million to have any chance of success. Although I am not suggesting for one moment there is going to be a takeover bid just points for shareholders to keep in the back of there minds.

Whilst I cannot post a link as paid for subscription. I can say that I was surprised to find field size is 70km which is big and no wonder they are doing test holes in different locations I think it is to establish where to start first. Remember no long wait for mine shafts etc to be constructed its similar to open cast mining

thus the income will start to come in quite quickly. Mega already have first high performance rig delivered to site ready for starting mining early next year.

Don't be disappointed if news take an extra day or two if you read the announcement again tonight is the earliest and such deals can take a little time given all the paperwork and backwards and forwards between parties and the bigger the deal the more there is. I am sure Daivd Lenigas is very excited at the prospect like the rest of us but there is a lot of work before it can be finalised to every bodies satisfaction. Also from ORCP share holders point of view the longer it takes may be no bad thing as it allows our spare price to rise even more possibly several bags which will give us a higher base price when the Thar news arrives for even bigger share price rises

It would give Cameroon some really good publicity especially when they are offering some new licences if they could get the presidential signature on the licence extension so it can be issued between now and next Tuesday or even during African energy week. It would really give them something positive to talk about with the delegates from other oil companies or indeed other countries.

In the final results 23rd June it states prospective buyers. In interim results 12th September it now uses the words prospective investors, is the sale now off the table and instead they are looking for investors and they have not told us shareholders ? If so I now see the reason for the last placing and complaint to the FCA.

JA like the rest of us shareholder's wants to see a much improved share price and he could have timed it right. It's the St. ledger on Saturday and for a number of weeks from next Monday lots of money flows back into the London stock exchange after the summer and Tower is tipped for a good rise.

Also with African energy week almost upon us Cameroon probably would like some good publicity for upcoming new licences etc and our licence extension should be very helpful.

Buy sell repeat - as the name suggests I take it that you have sold at a profit and you now wish to get the share price down as low as possible to buy again and repeat the excise.

I think that like me you were at the AGM. When Jeremy in the early part stated that if there was any problems with the rig (more with re certification in early August after such major refit works was my impression) as a contingency another rig was available to us in Cameroon very early December if you cannot remember email the company. Having said that I still think Jeremy is still expecting to do the drill early October which fits better for us.

As you are aware I too was at the AGM and JA mention that they were moving away from traditional raises . We are at present as mentioned on a number of occasions looking at finance from some African Banks for production finance which as banks don't like debt raises from shareholders - it devalues the asset ie company and most banks make it a condition of funding no raises for a set number of years to protect the value of the company as a asset which any loan they make is secured against.

I too was at the AGM and there was no mention of any placing. I will be kind and just say you are mistaken. With all the money to come in upon farmout confirmation they don't need one. Also if you listened to Jeramy he gave a very good explanation as to why tower have moved away from conventional placings.

Yes I will be at the AGM . Usually quite interesting with reports via zoom from directors in America etc. I have attended many AGM's over the years and can tell you CH is totally wrong and all sorts of information has been released on AGM day before and after .

With this drill we are exploring other targets as well as the known reserves thus the amount of oil and gas could go up taking us into the billions.

After successful drill result it is possible for the share price to be 12 to 15 times current price whilst it cannot be guaranteed other companies have achieved similar result in the past although many exit before they get so high out of capital preservation etc

3 negative posts one after the other tonight something very strange going on from what appear to be a group of very desperate negative poster s why so desperate I wonder did this mornings RNS catch them off guard and now with negative posts they are hoping to carry on with what ever they are trying to do.
