As anybody ever contacted the US legal team as the only recent contact I am aware of is from the other side and given that I for one feel that any member of the US legal team reading the other side would see a board often very much biased towards shorters . Whereas reading this board would show shareholders in a different light with many posters doing a lot of hard work with many constructive posts. If they have not been contacted I think they should be made aware this board exists and for that matter any US shareholders as well.

Wonder if there is any connection between Plantir and Varang . Over the last few years there as been a lot of multinational oil companies and governments supposed to have been involved and may yet still be. Is it possible there could yet be something in that box to fight over?

I noticed a post a few days asking if we should consider engaging legal representation.
My view is that before we do that we simply start sending emails. (1)frr legal team (brookermia from the otherside post of 31 october gave blinsenmayer@taylorenglish.com) (2) the senator who frr used to put their case, (3) controversial as this is even Mr Hope at outrider(4) The financial press (5) I would go so far as to suggest the judges in the various US legal cases In other words I think its time to remind zaza and everybody else that we exist and you never know what we might find out which would help shareholders come to a decision as to weather we need
legal representation. I also think that as many shareholders as possible need to send emails to have the desired effect.

So we are not struck off. Regardless of what we may think we are getting a certain amount of information (not as much as we would like ) the very fact that we are getting any information I feel bodes well for us shareholders when all of this finally comes to a conclusion.
The elections this weekend may well have an impact on the final outcome for us shareholders and like everybody else i will be watching with interest

somebody said recently that they still have 100 million shares to dispose of now they have changed direction. If so at one or two million per day it could be at least another month or more before they are done . I doubt if they will be selling in any large amounts as mm would take advantage . They may also be using some form of computer sell program. Wonder if they are shorting to increase there profit. But we all feel that given the news to come over the next six months the price should go up and for some it allow drip feeding purchases whilst the shares remain cheap

Well I still think there is a reason why SH as issued a public statement after all would not such approach's not usually be done at very least behind closed doors to government departments and the minster concerned and use possible intermediator's etc . Then there is zaza response pointing out that Outrider is basically one person.
1. Maybe SH thinks that with this very public statement others may see it and be interested in joining him another oil company for instance or people in the government.

2. Maybe it is intended to demonstrate to is own investor's in outrider that he is doing everything possible to try to get a return on their investment.

3. Possibly he hopes to achieve some sort of leverage .

I still think there is more to this than meets the eye. LETS ALL REMEMBER WHO WE ARE DEALING WITH HERE

MOLE do you think these various statements could be more to do with the up coming election than anything else. After all a number of us have for a long time suspected that SH has some form of connection with GD its members or supporters. If GD think there is the slightest possibility they may loose , Will they not be looking for favours. The point from zaza in is statement about outrider been basically just SH is what makes me wonder . Thus is he wanting people in to know that anything he say is the opinion of one biased person rather than a large company if you get my meaning.

Hi zeninvestor it was me that posted about plantir see my post 27/10/19 it was as a result of article in the business section of sunday times saying this top secret organisation had been working for BP.

I think we are at a point where shareholders should be told what is happening. Possibly the best way without causing problems if the negotiations are lets say at a delicate stage would be if we start contacting the latest FRR legal team and I feel best done on an individual basis that way the legal team get lots of emails with our different views rather than one group email. Among other things we could point out if we do not get some information our next port of call is all those senators who have supported the directors of FRR and would not want even the slightest wiff of bad publicity during the presidential election. I believe some long term posters have the latest legal team details would they please post them to save us all having to spend time finding them.

symore-bottoms on the other board seems to think that hope 35million debt would be worth 5% of any new entity formed, please correct me if I am wrong and I could be . When we delisted we had a market cap of 30million and a share price of .0028
that I think would give us a share price of 6p in theory at least very nice if we could ever get the money.

Are we at a point where shareholders should start sending emails to the US senator's who have supported FRR in there dealings with GG. To ensure we are treated in a fair manner with regard to any deal between outrider, GG and FRR . After all there could be some very bad publicity for them if we were not.

Is it really concerned individual shorters or an organised group . I don't think they would suddenly appear as a small group of posters if they were just individuals they would just be odd posters from time to time. The question is if it is an organised group why? What do they know that we don't and who is behind them . After all look at GD antics with reguard to arbitration result it makes me wonder. what does everybody else think.

11 Million in the bank and the rig is here and management are hopeful of a very good result . Who is on our list of takeover targets, after all the city must be aware of the really good position we are in . Logical thing to do is to take advantage and rapidly grow ujo by acquisition anybody any idea's who might be on the list?

SQ320 - Totally agree with you. We have some really experienced people on the BOD now, lets hope it has the desired and I feel certain that the BOD will have a plan B if required.

Hope you are all well - don't post much these days but read the board regularly .

The thought in my mind is there an advantage to a deadline now and I think there is. Will the government want to look as though they are been obstructive when this is clearly a major gas project and will they want the opposition to take advantage of the situation . The length of time this as taken could be used to cause the government a problem when they are about to have an election and might the opposition give an under taking for a swift conclusion if elected which if handled correctly by the opposition could cost the government votes. Is it therefore a case of management using the upcoming election as a way to engineer a swift conclusion by giving a deadline .

If there is to be a deal of sorts could it be that we will get the final say I wonder? If a major is involved in some way they will want us on board and not taking action because after over two years we feel unhappy with the outcome. Shareholders could yet become important to achieve a satisfactory outcome and management and far sighted legal teams may already have this in the back of their minds. COMMENTS PLEASE

A little history - In 1703 a relative called Theaker came over from Holland to help drain the isle of Axholm which in 1703 really was an island and its only approx 20 miles or so from Cadeby and in letters back to Holland he said at the end of each days work they were often covered in a liquid tar like substance I'm guessing it was oil after all in 1703 did they know what oil was. If so I think it will certainly extend as far as Crowle moor where they extracted peat for many years.

I am starting to think this is probably the right time to broker a deal of some sort to sell frr to either GD or one of their masters.
After all GD and their masters cannot be sure of winning the upcoming election and it would both look good for them at election time and get the american government off their back. We have a shareholder group already what we need is a middle man who knows both zaza and GD who would be interested doubtless for some sort of financial incentive. Whilst i think 1p which equates approx 100 million maybe too cheap, 5p which equates to approx 500 million would be about the top end that could be easily achieved . Part of the deal been that we get all the licences outside georgia which zaza has been bidding for and this forms the basis for a new company in which existing shareholders get free shares or something along those lines. Views please.

Now this has become political with what looks to be a stronger almost by the day US government involvement , what do you think will happen regarding outrider and Mr hope. Especially now so much is coming out as there must be questions as to potential conflict of interest if he has had anything to do with all that is going on?
