I have to agree with shaugn i think jp will want a clean cut deal so he can move on from morocco to his other projects i for one hope thats the outcome Sidi has some promise but if it had a lot of potential then i think SCHL would have moved to partner us there a long time ago

Crude what you say might have elements of truth in it what would bother me is if some of the capital from the LE is held back as you say. I would want the proceeds from any sale distributed in full to the shareholders who would then have the option to reinvest in the new company be it Sidi or other entity and not forced to go down that road because a portion of my investment has been held back and reinvested.
