JTF They have never announced before that testing has commenced at TE6/7 so why you should expect them to now i`m not sure. May be this time they will be different but there is no precedent to expect one.

Fishy i agree with your options because it gives a choice and investors are not railroaded in a direction not of their choice.

Jez you are stating the obvious but i will reserve all judgement until i see the bottom line and what it means to my investment you keep quoting many, many multiples how pleased we will all be could you put a figure on this.I no longer have any interest in Sidi as a future investment in line with SCHL. if we have an LE i want no part of my investment being transferred to it.

One thing is clear from to days debates if we don`t get a simple sale of the co. what a can of worms will be opened up and we could possibly be looking at a very opaque deal and impossible to value.

med thats the point you won`t have a clue what payments you would get during the time frame the contingent deal runs it would be dictated by the new owners and what their priorities are.

Jez as i stated earlier when is this Newco being listed? if what you propose they better get their finger out.

If Sidi is so great has anyone wondered why our natural partner SCHL don`t want to know about it.

Jez if anyone wants to carry on with Sidi after the sale of our other assets thats fine by me so long as i get all the money from the sale and not some held back for this purpose if people want to reinvest in Sidi then they can use their own money not mine.

I don`t know that much about contingent payment deals but i get the impression they are not open ended they will normally have a set period and cut off point agreed so these payments that some may expect could be very disappointed.

Jez your scenario re- Soundnewco is plausible only if this new entity is floated and quoted on the LSE prior to any deal struck and so this listing would have to be in the very near future.
