contractman You have obviously been beavering away collecting all these facts and figures but what is not clear is to what purpose.? With the gift of hindsight you could attribute criticism/blame to almost any company at a given time but does that take us any further forward ?. Does all these facts determine if TE10 is a success/failure?.You may feel quite pleased with yourself but for me a totally pointless exercise.

Jez I think quite a number if the LE is a good one will wave goodbye to Morocco without a second glance back and move onto pastures new I`ve already decided where my next investment is and it`s a long way from here some as you say want to continue on the same road and good luck to them in what ever choice they make.

Jez i have no wish to continue onto Sidi if it held so much potential SCHL would have had their snouts in the trough a long time ago they have shown to date no interest what so ever and the J/V partner seems as elusive as ever like the ethereal GSA.

Mike it makes little difference to me if Sidi is part of the sale i don`t think sidi brings much to the table in the context of the sale my main concern are we going to be faced with some convoluted deal as opposed to a clean cut one.

davey i understand what you say but i believe the over riding reason is it makes a sale of their interests much more straight forward or to become a possible buyer of SOU i know unlikely but it would also make a deal easier.

davey as i said up to that date they have to pay nothing more than what had already been agreed so converting their holding has cost them nothing.

250 Not sure that is correct SCHL are actively taking steps in Georgia to become a producer where they are running the whole show themselves. They have several licenses north of FRRs acreage.

Jones have to agree with much you say i have thought for some time SCHL have done the math and know their share of TE5 covers all their costs in Morocco by some margin. I see confirmation of this deal means SCHL will still be there long after we have gone.

May be SCHL are back on the menu as a possible buyer.
