Can anyone say how contingent payments will be classified by the taxman.?

Based on the figures even if we do drill TE11 we should still have a few mln. left in the bank enough i would think to take us through any negotiations.

HT Your theory could be as possible as any other the thing to look for would be if this NewCo is shortly listed without this to transfer any shares etc. would cause a storm amongst shareholders.

Funny when we get posters like Fellrunner people mither on on about his negativity along comes T10 full of positivity and guess what people mither on about him seems you can`t win with some.

Some have raised the possible sale could be structured in a way that we get an initial up front payment with contingent cash based on future discoveries. Could in that event explain the reason for the NewCo if such a deal were struck you would need some entity to process and distribute these future payments. My personal choice would be a straight forward sale if that is possible.

Richard The only question you need to ask is to yourself do i buy ,hold etc. and feel comfortable with your exposure what ever YOU decide to do.

seaton I agree with you. When the RNS was issued re- the 3 well program it was never written in stone it was simply a forward looking statement. I have been invested in many O/G/Mining cos.where forward projections have been subject to change and i see no reason why this should be exempt from this. Co must have the flexibility to adapt to the prevailing situations they find themselves in the present not in the past.

Ding I think they could argue that unstimulated is just one part of the overall test program and announce all the finding when testing is complete either way we will eventually know. lets hope it`s something we enjoy reading.
