Joe agree the sooner we can get sold the better i`m hoping with a good result we may get something in the region of £2.50-£3.00 i would be happy with that return and it would mean everyone wins. as for moving on i started looking at possible investments 18 months ago expecting us to be gone by now given that up till i know for sure we are actually in discussions re a sale.

itsabig Thats a fair question to speculate about although if we do discover more gas outside of TE5 then i believe that will attract a lot of attention from one of the larger companies. If your scenario were to come about then i would assume we would plan to go into production much of which is already in the advanced stages of planning. The only thing left would to secure the finances to achieve this.

esox i think shares have been suspended when there has been a leak of a possible offer being made so as not to create a false market but if an offer is made and accepted then they will want the shares traded as soon as possible that way concluding the sale.

Esox there is always that danger but on the other hand if the deal falls through those that sold early could be in the position to buy back in and almost double their holding when the sp falls right back pre bid price its all a gamble.
