Seingred I hear you but if it’s a case of significantly value enhancing news to be confirmed why wouldn’t common sense prevail and raise at 450k / 475k cash?

If it was going to save much dilution why not?

Think about it, if the formal tsx approval is 48 hours away and it’s going to make much difference to the valuation why are they diluting a matter of days in advance and making dilution worse?

Last year I bought some in 9’s and sold them at 30 quickly. It’s that sort of volatility that’s got me interested again at sub placement and now sub nominal prices!!! Yes sub nominal and legally they can’t even issue stock below 10 without an EGM and re-org.

Flip side when a stock fails to hold even nominal value the risk is through the roof

I agree not “investable”.

I bet on things that might be volatile and thought that the SP would at least spend a day or two back above the 15p level.

The actual numbers here are unbelievably bad given the amount of cash and confidence awarded to him to date but I do expect things to get a bit pumpy ahead of azn update…

If it goes 5p I’ll be annoyed with myself but I’ll double down and still hope for spike.

If it blows up in my face entirely my own fault for betting on uninvestable stuff.

Stop sucking up to “mr” Newlands, the man who claims he has enough money and this is about helping people yet still pays himself an enormous salary whilst running huge losses and badly diluting those that backed him.

Seriously though No my view on bod can’t change. Although I find the assets interesting my view won’t change on bod because I can’t unsee what I’ve seen and I can tell you right now I think there is less than 1% of chance of all that happening this year. Be very careful about believing what Brad says, so far he has absolutely lost credibility.

Don’t blame him for keeping his comments in rns to a minimum and short as he’s already tied himself in knots with his past comments. The less he says the better.

Even if they get a jorc out so what? Plenty of other resource stocks with jorc, PFS and BFS who still command mcaps of 5-10 million.

Listen to Seingred when he mentions comparables - you need to get a feel for the wider market. It’s v dull at the mo. out there.

One more thing - he’s made all this fanfare about getting back control and immediately he’s outsourced to external consultants. If/when the jorc is delayed he’s going to say

“Out of my control”

As long as he keeps it going for another few placings he will have been rewarded handsomely and can sail off with his pockets full even if Omi shares go to zero.

Now Brad says he comes cheap at 180k per annum. If that truly is “cheap” then it’s because he’s completely sub standard as a ceo.

What good is it saving thousands on ceo salary whilst millions of your market cap is destroyed?

Louis do you seriously expect holders to believe that giving the role of CEO to your old friend Brad who was corporate broker and a geologist with no finds to his name was the best course of action for your shareholders? And then letting him spend all the spare cash on the balance sheet and even giving a payrise for the Brazilian jaunt.

The term “thick as thieves” comes to mind.

Something very nepotistic and rapacious about all this when they haven’t even seen fit to invest themselves and millions have been burned.

Honestly think they should be investigated and made to account for every penny.
