EC - 40% of full year forecast according to your Bloomberg source is 2.58 million.

Do you agree?

If you do agree then how can 40% of Full year revenue already be contracted when revenue for H1 is only “expected” to be between 1 - 1.3 million?

Am I misunderstanding the statement of are your maths wrong?

Or are you saying these contracts are heavily weighed to H2? If so why would that be?

Dr the “said” investors in that hypothesis wouldn’t give two f’a about market price.

Especially when it’s on AIM with mm’s and pricing is so synthetic.

If a partner wants in, they have a value in mind and market price doest really come into it. It’s between the parties and market price is just sideshow.

Then there’s the insane pledge to Nigeria they will spend 5 million there.

They shouldn’t have been taking on other stuff and wasting cash on gambling until they knew what was happening with Anza.

Many of us said it at the time and if us lot knew it was a bad idea for the SP at the time why didn’t Brad?

The answer in my mind is he must have known it was very risky but didnt care as he had to justify his payrise and had f all shares of his own to risk.

Unless he has another partner stealthily on stand at project level rather than dilutive top co. there is an enormous dilutive headache going forward here.

Eg say he raised at 3 -that’s a market cap of 6 million ish.

He would have to sell 30% of the equity for a mere 1.8 million. Of that 1.8 million the net spend on exploration would be less as annual wage bill/costs 500k.

Bod are utterly responsible for this as it’s happened over a number of years, they ate paid big bucks to navigate challenges it God forbid do something proactive of value and they simply haven’t delivered.

Pointless though LW because if market knows he is using last few quid to drill the SP won’t react to positive grades because dilution fear will trump any possible grade rewards.

I was trying to make the point here few couple months back that delays were simply not affordable to the SP.

I also tried to make point he did the precautionary raise because he knew Anza wouldn’t be concluded in timely fashion or at least had a healthy suspicion it wouldn’t.

If the timings were accurate as he forecast doing the raise when he did made no sense.

He must have known he was possibly being unrealistic to drill in May but as I said before about this lot, It’s not what you know it’s what you can prove

LW you can actually work that one out I reckon. The last person you should ask is the CEO based on historic guidance of last few years.

If you start with the premise that the plan to drill in may was on a shoestring and then chuck a best case scenario minimum of 3 months unforeseen delay/cashburn isn’t the answer looking you in the face? Plus you can’t believe a word from his mouth evidenced by multiple BS statements.

For anyone such as yourself with low avg and long term view I think you will get a chance to profit at some point because it’s a penny share and bound to have a run at some point.

I’m only speaking out against Brad because he offends me with his lacklustre attempt to become an “overnight success” on other peoples hard earned funds and has positioned himself very nice financially in the event of “overnight failure”.

The only risk he carries is to his “reputation”

Dr you deserve a run in the SP for your steadfast approach as much as anyone, best wishes to you.

Granted, the largest holder are based abroad but why didn’t they put more money in if they “concur” about Argentina? Not as if they can’t afford it!

Just forget sentiment for a moment and think purely data/numbers.

Do you honestly believe that a large portion of the “powder” they were “keeping dry” for Colombia hasn’t dissolved into salaries arising from delay? do you think he ring fenced the drill budget and wound back costs? Has he tried to preserve cash with stock in lieu of salary?

You know what the cash position WAS you know what the cash burn IS.

You know how many shares him and chairman have bought.

People are only out to have a swipe at Brad because of his appalling behaviour as CEO.

If everything was out of his control why the payrise? The metric was to intro 2 JV’s one of which was Brazil so his old mate Louis and Nick von does FA (the remuneration committee LOL) awarded him one for the Brazil intro which was simply a waste of money and caused greater dilution than necessary.

The anti Brad sentiment exists for a whole host of legitimate concerns and people who have lost money or are losing money based on his in my opinion lies have a right to speak out against him.

I challenge anyone who thinks different to make a case for how he has done well for holders or deserved a payrise or should refuse votes from the exchange he is raising on.
