Well it did become a problem as he was forced to sell 10% equity for 500k already and now has a bigger problem

His SP is his collateral, all explorers dilute and it’s par for the course to dilute to return value.

He’s not naive, he’s a liar. He had to say something positive to get 500k from new buyers to keep salaries coming (wage bill about 500k) and MUST have been aware TSX approval was required. If not then he’s so out of his depth it’s mindblowing. MUST have known drilling in May was extremely unlikely. Can’t prove any of this - Naive or very very slippery ? He’s earning Royally for not doing much. Naive?

The voting is on TSX and AGM held in Canada so how could he have not known some form of Canadian approval cal would be require. Imcompetent - Yes
