Last little run allowed sales of over 16.5 think the next time it goes 18-20 as the market gives some benefit of doubt to reaching breakeven on this last round of dilution.

I believe Pi’s are holding stock in nominee a/c’s at Barclays, AJ bell, Lansdown.

It looks to me that aside from BOD and Mr A Terry the stock is held only by PI’s. However Pi’s won’t organise a vote IMO due to fact most are so underwater they don’t care anymore.

If you look at past rns they are just full of misleading stuff. These are actual RNS too not gimpy webinars.

All these aim explorers are heavy on rhetoric in the webinars to be fair about it but if they are going to say things in rns such as confirming they “look forward to accelerated exploration activity” or the results from Brazil will be forthcoming soon.

These things are out there on public record and not true at all. Not a single result from Brazil before it was dropped and money wasted and re. Colombia enough said.

If you cant trust a companies RNS how can you trust the word of an obviously and evidently slippery CEO with no skin in game?

Doesn’t it strike you as at least a little bit odd that only Canadian votes were accepted even though the majority of holders are Uk AIM? Or that they raise in UK but reject votes from where they raise?

They hold AGM in Canada but the largest holder didn’t participate at all in last placing which valued whole co. Approx 6 mill mcap?

Shares have NPV status too, no nominal value. It’s not unheard of but it’s not usual imo as they can dilute at any price and can’t be removed.
