Could go bust (v unlikely) or could unwind spectacularly when rates come into play which should co-incide with general mkt sentiment (probable).

I “invest” in positive cash flow blue chips, property and inv trusts.

This sort of thing just a gambling hobby for me so anybody reading should not take my opinion seriously…

Pompal I tend to take a much simpler view that even if they literally set fire to all the cash and threw Petrol on it the part of the business that does 2 thirds of the revenue must be worth more to them than 30 mill mcap.

That’s if they set fire to the cash!

Logically it’s absurd to expect a placing down here

I would like to think they will avoid a placing down here at all costs. It it involves them taking equity over fees or making some directors loans to cover any crunch period it would be much more appropriate and fair than them tapping the market for convenience.

However I can’t rule out a placing when the price is behaving this way. Hopefully just the market misbehaving???

They could pay a “special dividend”

Loss making co’s frequently return cash this way (doesn’t matter about losses)

But the thing is they won’t pay a div because 15 million over 3 years is already a fairly limited exploration budget.

CB needs to come out with some firm facts on funds and drill dates.

The market won’t rule out a placing where Birds concerned (did one recently at Bzt that pretty much killed hope for anyone that held for years)

Until it’s there in black n white writing that’s he’s drilling without diluting again mkt won’t rule out placing.

An obvious buy for me on the pullback as it takes a breather.

Mcap almost fully supported by cash position after selling the part of biz that did about a third of its revenue.

If that’s worth 37.5-42.5 million then what’s the bigger part worth.

Market giving it 30 million mcap??? Nah I’m a buyer at 12.25 and any 1p and increments lower. Cash catalysts are usually worth it

Karl why are you surprised by the underwhelming sp activity. Still far too many unknowns for a re-rate. Then there’s levels 2.95 placing price , 4odd warrant price and so far as we know Anza’s budget is tiny because too much money wasted elsewhere. Brad n Louis aren’t going anywhere either.

I’ve had similar thoughts about the company needing a proper CEO. I believe that an Explorer CEO must also be a top salesperson with the skills to interest the market in the story.

Money where mouth is also a must if selling the story to others.

However I concluded I should be careful what I wish for as the wage bill would just increase even more and it’s already chunky..
