He drilled someone else wall!

One of his old African mates was having a bit of legal trouble and was short of cash and needed to drill. Colin offered to lend him money for some reason which looks like an act of kindness with shareholders funds.

On the plus side Xtr “might” get repaid in a couple of years in overvalued stock and at least it’s not Colin’s own money.

Sold some of my single digit purchases out for a profit today.

Hedged my bet - didn’t want to be all out yet but I might have to take a loss on the remainder next week if the news blackout continues.

Fingers crossed I will be kicking myself for what I sold today.

I do see that pov Liam but when revenue is tiny and cash burn is high I refuse to be too patient. It’s just a gamble for me, I don’t feel invested.

Someone you just have to choose your preferred headache!

If I start selling and it starts rising then I’ll be a lot less annoyed than if I hold on hope value and we see more proof or pitiful revenues…

Ben as we were saying last year the level of activity wasn’t acceptable because even when nothing is happening they are still sucking fees and salaries out.

I may be wrong but I’m convinced the whole chilibwe thing was a knee jerk reaction to pretend to be doing something of value.

Really tempting to start averaging up on this little move today

Was a good year for Colin - paid himself a bonus in fact!

Looks like a good ol fashion case of ordinary holders can go F themselves to me.

All this disgruntled noise (which I agree with) but let’s be honest. Nobody is going to lead the charge and organise any activism.

Our moaning is futile unless somebody actually takes action.

I’ll be the first to say I will pledge my 2 million shares to a good cause but I don’t have the time or enough money invested to be bothered take action to clip birds wings.

Is anyone actually doing anything or is we all just moaning and venting?

No prizes for guessing who stated this to his holders last week:

Isn’t XTR a small solely minerals-focussed investing company?

Wasn’t he claiming very recently that the copper market offers exciting fundamentals?

Zap - surely even a sanguine holder like yourself can’t deny that Birds interests are in conflict with shareholders when he decided to pay himself a cash bonus and shareholders got nothing?

Why wasn’t there a dividend that everyone shared?

Zap not sure of the Legal jargon but paying himself a cash bonus for sale of primary asset while most shareholders saw significant losses must be very shaky ground/skating on thin governance ice.

How does that look to any honest person?

I no longer think the market will put fair value on the assets anymore because of the snails pace at which an octogenarian moves.

If you then consider fact he’s spread across xtr, Bzt, glr, afp then he’s a part time octogenarian at best.

It’s not vindictive to try and remove him, it’s logical

He can’t be entering into JV’s (chilibwe) where he isn’t even telling shareholders what price the loans convert at.

Murky, mucky and improper and can only assume he’s being vague on terms because they are unattractive.

Why hold back such crucial info if it’s all positive and above board..

Think that last JV might have been the one where he pushed his luck too far
