The fact he hasn’t is very very poor show.

If he re-invested some of that it would boost sp, reduce animosity and at least show belief in what he’s doing.

Not buying is a red flag that needs removing.

If he’s too old to buy up stock on market he’s too old to lead the company.

Can’t hide behind old age if you want to lead properly.

SP will inevitability bounce of low at some point whoever is in charge but uncertainty could stifle any momentum in Zambia.

All that said I don’t think a bod shake up will help the SP.

It might make disgruntled holders feel better to retaliate against his behaviour and of course that has a certain value.

But purely in terms of the SP which is always my main concern I don’t think removing him will be good at this specific point.

Too late imo - long term holders should have held is feet to the fire when he was paying himself extra for Manica sale.

Bonus are fair enough if holders are rewarded but not when SP is near all time low. Mind blowing really

Is sold order book sold parsortix machines and deemed to small to be reported separately?

Or pipeline they expect to report but hasn’t been contracted yet?

Zap thanks but I refuse to blame poor market conditions for poor governance / decision making. Gold producers I hold and follow have fared very well too so the it’s not whole market either..

To put in another way “even in a bull market” drilling a project with 0% ownership with loans that convert at 30 million value (imo) that you “might” own 25% of in 2 years Is a weak catalyst. Time is money for all explorers, this doesn’t appear a good spend of either imo.

I know the market, I know how explorers work hence my criticism.

I would appreciate your view on the fact that CB paid himself cash bonus for sale of Manica even though the activity crushed XTR share price AND the fact he hasn’t seen fit to support XTR share price and strategy even though XTR sp is one pip on the bid above nominal value…

The AIM market is in crisis but these boards will benefit from granular discussion as some share prices will bounce back a lot more than others…
