So hes spending 300k of xtr funds in return for a pile of waste that may not be economic from an anonymous middle man.

Also the slower eveything happens the less impact Manica proceeds have on xtr because of monthly cash burn.

The info provided to shareholders for the last year demonstrate fact he is in NO rush

For balance, I do think SP will rise from here and until chilibwe JV I was willing to buy another 1 million.

After I saw that I decided to stick firmly with 2 million shares and changed my exit target from 2p to 1p.

I’d gladly walk away from this around 10 mill mcap and a 10%-15% gain just to pull my money out from a company where the CEO does such things…

Confident I’ll see 1p or 10 mill mcap again purely because of fact Manica sold for 15-18 million. Hardly an endorsement that people will be willing to sell at less than cash owed but that sums up the sentiment towards this ceo.

Income doesn’t directly benefit shareholders but it DOES directly benefit Colin. In the sense he directed proceeds from Manica sale straight into his pocket.

Bonus? Deserved? Appropriate in circumstances wren the SP has been crushed?

Not a dig at you Zap, it’s a dig at XTR as nobody should be guessing about the terms of loans the company is making with shareholder funds

But then they can’t raise below 10p either

In 2023 they said cash runway would extend until 2025. It didn’t stop them doing a placing in 2024.

As far as I’m concerned these necessary points of value have been withheld, if you can prove otherwise I’ll be first to say I’m wrong..

So what is the market cap/valuation of chilibwe?

I’m assuming 30 million which seems v high vs rest of market.

Doesn’t seem worthwhile lending money that converts at such a high price…,

On any loan (or in this case convertible , we should me made aware of -

1.- how much is being loaned as a maximum

2-what the precise terms are for repayment

(The price the loans covert at).

It’s just basic common sense to want to know these things..
