If you were a broker and buying on market would you want your client holding a blue chip or a junk stock if the commission % was the same either way?

Think of how he paid himself cash bonus in the most unfitting circumstances or giving options at 1.35p.

To me it made no sense to be spending cash on more ventures in chilibwe, waste heaps and Morocco when it was obvious that silver king, nw Zambia and BR would probably need all that cash inbound and more.

Now from my cynical point of view I now believe he did these extra projects so he could justify dilution sooner and get his hands on more cash..

The lack of director buying in market last year, the low ball options. It’s like a magic eye poster and I think I see the true picture emerging…

Are you expecting 100-120 million mcap?

What is the minimum SP you expect dilution to start occurring at?

When do you think it’s accreptable for him to dilute again?

But the fact the SP is artificially low is precisely why Bird should not get 1.35p options -

Another thing is that buying shares on market shows conviction and mops up loose shares: issuing free bet options does not send same message.

1.35 sp is equal to 11.5 million mcap so he is building himself in a reward for getting the co valuation over 11.5 million.

Holders gave him permission to sell primary asset for 15-18 million so how on earth is getting the company valuation over 11.5 million performance related???????

Then how does that avoid a fundraise in the meantime and how do they raise funds when SP is below nominal value?

If they re-org the cap structure bod will still have options at nominal value equivalent.

If he doesn’t get SP over 10p PDQ and get a raise away almost simultaneously this isn’t looking good. The science is only brilliant for investors long term if they don’t crush everyone with dilution in the near term.

You have to consider the science in context of the balance sheet. At a glance it’s a business that burns around 10 million every year to generate revenues around 3 million.

It’s still a science project more than a business to invest in. Forget rumours, look at the numbers. They don’t lie
