Do Cooper Lemon have an option to gain back 70%?

If they don’t have such an option why does rns state in blank and white that they do?

I think it’s fair to say this ambiguity muffles the upside on the JV and go some way to explaining the markets lack of interest in decent grades.

So Colin talks about SK reverting to 50/50 with Cooper Lemon at “determination” phase. I don’t recall “determination phase” being mentioned in rns??

I do however recall rns stating cooper Lemon can gain back up to 70%

Which is it? 50% or 70%?

Should the market rely on rns or spoken word?

If it is In fact 70% I don’t need to tell anyone here why being an equal 50% holder is much more attractive than being a minority 30% holder

I have read the rns which states both

1. Production within 9 months

2. The business will progress along traditional lines (pfs bfs etc)

I remember Zap defending chilibwe rns saying it’s straightforward and then when asked what was being loaned and what price loans converted at he had couldn’t answer because it wasn’t straightforward

Now he says people are misleading for pointing out lack of timeframes fit value events.

So Zap - what is next catalyst and when?

They aren’t backtracking because they aren’t committing to timeframes. This company is a cash burner, no need for me to expand.

Re. NW Zambia - has he drilled and decided not to report results?

Has he put drilling on back burner - why?

For me Billy comments standout.

When they first agreed to sell Gold production stake I believed SP should have gone better with a mcap of half the cash value of asset sale. There was a simpler model which involved BR, silver king and Nw Zambia.

Why weren’t these assets progressed further up value chain with a non-dilutive limited amount of inbound payments?

Why lend money to chilibwe, buy waste heaps and spread into another jurisdiction/commodity.

It’s now just a watery soup of possibility when it could have been stewing on improving probability on existing assets?

That is not imo responsible stewardship of limited funds and share price.

What’s “clear” is that there are no specific timeframes on firm catalysts for the market to work with. In the meantime cash burns on non-value enhancing activity such as wages, advisor fees, rents, expenses etc.

Positive sounding fluff can caveated with “provided that”

If the asset is worth 3-5 million why have xtr secured it for under a million?

When he put out the chilibwe nonsense rns it highlighted desperation to appear “exceptionally busy” with no real path to SP value. Chilibwe was a red flag to expect more of same sh@te activity and I moved my price target down on back of that total nonsense.

The SP has now spoken in respect of markets perception of this jumble sale of assets. .6 bid say no more SP

Think we will see 1p again but I don’t see dilution occurring much higher than 1.3p as Bird has “performance options” at that level.

Imo The brokers who raise will point out the option level when negotiating price.

No a new ceo can’t change composition of rock but composition of rock is only half of the investment case:

AIM full of lifestyle companies boasting about their geology with SP’s at rock bottom - no pun intended…

Finding a deposit is only part of the play - you then need to manage the project..

Changing the CEO doesn’t change rocks but obviously changes sentiment.

Jdau’s comments suggest he believes poor sentiment towards ceo is not an issue here.

You definitely shouldn’t be doing that. Martin should be ensuring all holders are equally aware. Be careful saying things like that about your friend, it might look like you are being made “more” aware than other holders.

Think we are now moving into a slower pace for a few months after such a “productive” and busy first half.

One shareholder noted that he couldn’t give a geological f@ck with the SP under 1p and asked if NW Zambia was for real

The worst thing imO about last weeks and todays barrel scraping rns is that this is all he has for shareholders pre AGM. This is him making an effort!

Once he gets resolution 5 passed I expect another year or excruciatingly slow progress without clearly defined value enhancing catalysts or timescales with a hint of dilution in the background.

As I said before it’s positive sounding statements which have no accountability

Jdau - I listened to podcast again twice from 7 mins 30 . It categorically does not remove ambiguity around the rns which states CL can claw back 70% equity.

In fact it fuels ambiguity with mentions of 50/50 and “determination”.

I’m willing to believe you just have a different opinion and not intending to mislead. Can’t you offer same to 3 card?
