Hi med - what I was speculating on is that without mms being in an open market we can't truly see tha value here. I'd be hoping that mms will rise beyond the closed price (if allowed) and allow the same to happen here. For all we know though, news on another front could also be drawing in buyers as theres always inside knowledge of something from somewhere.

Mms hasn't had a chance to rise yet...

Lb - I've put forward my reasoning for why there could be a sudden drop. I'm invested here and I'm new so now I'm wondering what's going to happen to the sp given the after market set of RNSs. Nothing scumbag about it. Just rightfully concerned about how mm's will interpret it.

The issue I'm getting at is we've all been speculating what the true mcap is as these have been going through but now we and the MM's have an rns, will they adjust the price to fit the mcap or will it go in our favour where the mcap gets adjusted based on the price?

Given the news share declaration, will mm's be naughty and lower their prices to accommodate that? I'm hoping they don't hammer it tomorrow and reduce it from what it is close of play now to something ridiculous like 0.1...

Basically double what it is now then? As I say they need some news imo to churn through them and keep the market interested or this time next week they'll be converting them much lower.

Its definitely not ok... penalties are ridiculous (if you are aiming this at me) Jung - are the penalties also being converted to stock do you know? If not, does anyone else?

Which is a good question, does anyone know a simple answer how much more they have to go? Although good news on a contract signed and how much it's worth will churn through those buggers in no time!

Will they be buying into spikes though... carefully worded RNS I see that doesn't clearly state for them that they are guaranteed 40mil a year over 10... we'll see... But yes, I could do with a separate pot too as I'm cashless at the moment and holding a baby here that I'm not letting go of until I can suitably de-risk it.

Rumour of an RTO... keeping my eyes on it to see if and when something will materialise... Is this firm now just a shell with no commitments?
