Are you not of the view that they are trying to get approval to allot an additional lot of shares at 100% to the current share volume via point 1 and 4?

Must admit, I never read it as that. I thought it was just that the Board have the authority to transfer rights of the shares and not issue more?? That's why I was never bothered about it until now.

Cameron Mccalls twitter looks interesting on 21 March. Specifically the part where he thanks "bankers". Could this be that something has already been agreed? Further back there was site visits in Feb by institutional investors. Imo - financing news could land quickly here. Glencore have likely done a significant amount of due diligence as well.

Just hope the way it was reported doesn't scare people away... I'm feeling rather impaled!

And that's because there's a deal with Glencore that allows Mac to go get the rest of the job finished with financing. Which should be taken as remarkable news for a microcap.

Says what we know anyway. Future prices can never be guaranteed and could go either way... market over reaction I think...

And that was back in Feb... A deal can't be RNS's until signed obviously and would have been subject to Glencore so today may be a paperwork day with an announcement as soon as Monday? Who knows... im reckoning it'll be soon...

Could it be that they are already onto a deal? Or better, a significant offer? Just speculating... usually only 24hours but it's now in its second day.
