Honestly, don't blame each other. Blame the co. It's them you've all trusted your money with. A raise is due at some point, that's no secret and people's calendars/diaries probably triggered the decline in the last week or so. Many posters here have repeatedly tried to address spend with Art and Cathy but they've never listened to you. I'd honestly pull with something rather than nothing and stop allowing them to live well off your money.

Both. HL's and sharecast news take on it isn't wrong either when you look at the SP and the selling. Nor has the company tried to sort out that kind of commentary. But let's take another direction then... From the RNS "During January and February 2019, the Group has experienced a lower level of retention and a deterioration of the pipeline in the Group's US and European operations." Doesn't that read that if they've had lower retention that customers have gone elsewhere? Hence the term "profit warning" .

Not what it says in blue and white... says "proactis plunges on profit warning" before you delve into the details. But how you interpret the section you have quoted is down to you but I'll post the bit before that: "Shares in spend management eCommerce solutions provider Proactis fell on Thursday after the group issued a profit warning following a period of lower retention levels and a deterioration of its pipeline in the US and Europe."

Can never be but off today we could see 0.3 tomorrow if the excitement continues.

I think the sells say it all. Doesn't need an article from October on twitter. I had it on my diary to sell if I hadn't heard anything. I think others now have the same idea...

Important thing is holding its gains and then seeing more tomorrow.

But buying in on this dip for a rally into the close.

Obviously gives a better indication of the spread but brokers quoting such a difference gives an indication of how this could move either way.

Had another small top up here and in the short term I'm not at all bothered about this SP. Frankly, I want it to remain here whilst I can scramble some funds together - again, thank you for the research that has landed me here! I really should pay more attention to those holding RNS's in the daily feed!
