The cash in the bank will likely end up in the pocket of our mystery consultant that has likely raked in a fortune over the last few years... and then to become a cash shell it needs to keep its cash. And if this project proves the tech imagine who else might want to use it! Use/lease could outweigh any development in Utah.

For all we know the company taking it over could be worth 50-100mil... we'll all just have to wait and see

None of us truly know and can only speculate at this stage off information we have. I wouldn't be surprised to see another RNS by the end of the week.

So hopefully it's a trigger for a continued shift upwards tomorrow!

Trade looks like a buy that shot up the price...

The only way they'd be worth 40% less is if the company loses 40% of its value overall. Today the price per share hasnt dropped 40% and if it doesnt tomorrow then you may see more buying.

The mcap will be 40% higher tomorrow on admission of new shares unless there is a sudden drop.

Indeed there is a flood of sells but I wonder how they are selling so easily - who will be at the other end of those trades? Someone doesnt buy 20 percent of a share for nothing...
