Nom - the bod need to walk. They really aren't needed. The chap wanting the RTO has bought in and also faces dilution whilst these clowns want to ruin it for all but themselves. The amount of money they have had is beyond ridiculous! A previous poster shown what they tried at CLP as well and that didn't work out for them. Conduct themselves honestly and fairly and there's no issue.

Exactly! But when theres a strong number of share holders to work with, simple business acumen says there's plenty to go all round - Work with them rather than trying to get them (and potentially the RTO target itself) out. The dilution in itself could ruin the deal!

...and wind down the number of bod that there are... Shouldn't need to dilute before hand either way. Proposals should come first, a projected cost and then a raise at ten times where the price is at now minimum. The amount of funds they've already had is ridiculous and these greedy pricks can't contemplate that!

Very. I personally think they need to re-word resolutions 1 and 4 in a fresh rns. To ensure that there is absolutely no chance of a further allotment of shares.

I think there are some posters here with a tremendous holding and will be popping a few corks on an RTO!

Cant blame them though, dropped a bit so looked to be pegging back and out they go. They'd be sat on a bigger loss now otherwise. Moves off anything though but curious to see what happened at 12:09... Hopefully not like a BBSN where their CFO just took a big dump right after results.

CFO dumping! The company still has a bright future ahead of it but needs to work on getting those over heads down imo to stop it from eating into the revenue.

Quite a heavy seller lurking. Given the last op update vaguely indicated there's a retention issue with customers, hinting that they've gone elsewhere, theres no real way to ascertain a value as they've not forecasted revenue to give shareholders and idea of just how many customers went elsewhere. They've also not given an indication as to why they went and put forward their resolutions to retain the rest. Obviously something wrong here but I watch with interest as to when an RNS with an honest and forward looking statement comes about. GL

You'd like to think then that instead of open market any potential rise would be done much higher and privately with the likes of Hanwa to increase their stake (and maybe offtake too if viable?)

And if they are bought after the last spike or pre-placing and dumped they will be kicking themselves. 30 day rule is a bit of a nightmare...

That's crept up quick... reminds me of nsci how it moves rapidly... good news here though a drug has gone to market and looks to be doing on multiple fronts... not sure if the market has written off chronocort or not though?
