Retracing it looks... no threshold yet crossed to make a mandatory offer... I'll be keeping my eyes peeled though.

I wonder if there will be a TR1 update to indicate the 30 percent threshold has been breached, at which point there may be a compulsory offer?

Not by much though. There was a clear peak where someone's possibly pulled a chunk and may buy back when they know it's good to go again. I wonder if anyone else will put forward a heavy stake to force MA's hand? A shrewd business would win either way.

Using round numbers 95m/173m gives just under 55p

Even if the sp reflected the cash only and valued the business at zero many here would be happy with a bag.

Been no big bulky delayed sell trades for the last few days so it may push onwards with the occasional trading spike.

And check that NSCI has a big warning over it saying it'll de-list...

Isnt it de-listing? HL gives out a huge warning before anyone buys...

Issue is, anyone trying to trade wouldn't have even got anything if they bought recently.

Revenue up, gross profit up. Cash inflow as we knew it would be. 5.4mil at the end of the year so that's at least 300k being banked every month after everything. Some good post period news indicating that the upward trend will continue. Now that this is profit making there will be groups/majors that will take an interest here. Fair value would be an mcap of around 55-60 mil imo but takeovers usually come much higher.

Getting excited and rightly so! This is one to watch... and be in if you aren't already...

I think that sounds about right and not rampy - quite conservative. I'd like to see a strong forward looking statement too in tomorrows results.

52 week high will likely be smashed by more than double if it is as good as we expect... then settle back down a bit so should be a good op to profit take and sit on the rest.

I think once people digest the news they'll see the potential here... after all, it's not like bbsn haven't been highlighting their year all over social media!
