The Strategic Value of IQE must be $1bn+ (100p+) surely ?

This market is super hot and IQE is at the bottleneck and a crucial gatekeeper / gating factor

I'll take 50p but can't rule out 100p in a contested bid situation

All it needs is an RNS with the new Apple (Nvidia) and it will open the eyes of US investors and boom... 5x 10x becomes possible

Clearly there is demand for the stock

Note that whilst Photonics production is all based in Wales, there is no technological reason why facilities in US and Tawain cant be used for this market if necessary.

A Market Cap of £25m is too low for such a unique strategic asset. Maybe 10x too low.

5p is the weighted average of fund raises in last 5 years

There was a news story this week about a Bristol AI chip startup valued at $1Billion !!

Given we know there is an active Strategic Review in place here and possible bids for all or part of business id say at a mere £100m Mkt Cap we are woefully undervalued

That sounds to me like valuation at or above Net Asset Value of c.13p per share

Possibly even 20p per share ?

You may have been asleep for last few weeks but 2025 is over and we are now in 2026

Most people who have a clue about markets know they are forward looking

A share price represents the Present Value of future cash flows/dividends
