Did not realise you had posted TD Report.
Presume part of UKRI DD was the ability of SCLP Vax to scale up if required and again this is very good validation of approach.
Is it likely the nano particle approach will be the one being developed for SCIB 2.
One other thought is I think JC is on board of another AIM bio which has a nano Vax delivery platform potentially for Cancer and Covid 19 but think that maybe a longer shot.

Chester you made a very reasonable response and as you say as long as opinions are expressed in an open balanced way they should be considered accordingly.
I certainly don’t doubt the potential of the science here and taking one part of that potential the “ Covidity” platform was given a big boost today with the validation and funding towards getting it into human trials.
In the same way announcement of the first commercial deal on Avidmab will validate that platform and then FPI in Combo and then Modi into the clinic will validate the case even further.
That is how I see it as a journey with milestones along the way involving validation points which act as a checking mechanism along the way.
If the news is good then the journey goes better and the SP normally goes up.
What I think the likes of TD is express a view at various stages on the journey which helps to validate progress to a wider audience rather than just focus on the destination which may or may not turn out to be where we think it might be.

Thanks for the info re Andrew Scott.
Once again an excellent RNS this morning but Chester the vast majority of posters/ investors here and/or any other AIM bio do not understand the science so is a good policy to rely on “more informed sources” like Trinity Delta rather than other sources.
The TD report imo is a balanced though conservative expression of the value here excluding Avidmab and Covidity which has received a huge boost with today’s news.
So please just concentrate on your own decisions as others myself included will have different strategy’s.
Mine include never to recommend to any family’s or friends on any individual share however personally we feel about the future.
Secondly to always appreciate however good the potential there are risks and if you can’t see any risk here I am afraid you do not understand the science as well as you think.
Really is a good day today and do not want to argue but equally you do need a bit of balance.

Think you raise an interesting point about people derisking slightly as I have certainly done it on previous occasions but not here as I am very confident about continuing news flow.
Many of these may be LTH who are still confident of the future but slice a bit just to lock in a bit of profit/ Slightly Derisk after months of trading within a range/ in anticipation of it falling back slightly and but back in.
It is a perfectly healthy strategy and some prefer to be either fully in or out but each to their own but does look like a serious move north and look forward to tonight’s presentation.

The beauty of this type of format is we can all judge the performance of all 4 presenters and the case they present.
Often by contrasting and comparing when they are all appealing to the same audience can be a useful exercise in judging the merits of each case.

Really good news today and I took this as being significant from the RNS.

“The disease control rate observed in part A of the study, at 42%, far exceeds the 10% threshold for success agreed with our partner MSD for the cohort expansion phase, boding well for the outcome of the ongoing Part B of the study. This is ground-breaking for the microbiome in immuno-oncology”.

Having spent 15 years working for MSD I really appreciate how they will look at this and how important Keytruda is to them.

The difference between using a live virus Vax as opposed to a dead or “ irradiated” one is that a love one is more likely to stimulate a better immune response as opposed to a dea one which is more likely to require an adjuvant( catalyst) in addition to stimulate the required response.
With a live virus you have more safety concerns such as reversion to virulence and mutation hence the controlled environment.
Of course the Vax approach involves much more than choice of type of virus and likely the T cell response and in particular memory action proves best approach

As for Thursday as Bermuda says likely the last one did not leave enough time to discuss all funding round.
As this was probably ongoing for a considerable time the original date could well have been expected that everything would have been completed.
Looking forward to Thursday but don’t expect new news but good to see what he may say about today or near term plans.

Yes your figures on improving outcomes were very encouraging.SCLP have done some great work in sorting out the manu and technical issues of getting the dose concentration much lower and the conjugates sorted. They also have great funding to ensure they can secure a very good deal if it comes on the table.
I would always prefer a commercial arrangement with a much larger partner like the names you mentioned that may have a PD1.It is not just about the money as these large pharma have great resources to help overcome many of the other issues like scaleability in a much speedier fashion.
But sounds like a great session and interesting to see who has been listening but sure if the science is as good as it seems they will certainly be some good conversations to be had.
I know my Company have had a huge strategic R&D review and moved much more towards patient mapping and innovation and working with smaller bio pharma partners
