Morning Just good to see other voices on both here and MTFB. I don't like undue ramping but hate BBs that are so quiet that you are talking to yourself even less.lol I don't have that much in AMP and do have a large chunk in MTFB but have been that way for a few months now before the recent positive court case ruling.

Hi Irish/Norman It is just the way H77 posts and I gave fallen out with him in the past but we are friends now lol Good to see sme new folk on here and the SP is a really nice buy in point.The fundamentals are very good here but their balance sheet needs to be improved and until they can sell,she of their stake in MTFB from April 2016 I can't see any realm prove entire. The court case is looking good for the future but as already said he involvement of MS or MSTR could mean either an out of court settlement/ new licence deals which will be of immense benefit to AMP or further litigation which could take a while.Until we get a presentation from RM it is too early to know which direction this will move forward

Evening All I posted the link as background so that people can decide for themselves.It is all a bit academic as we are in suspension but my take is that the appointment of Slamet and the expertise of DW and his team will make the most of this situation and it accentuates their ability to be able to turn around unde achieving assets and as already been said may even play into CEBs hands and also DW has sounded very confident and he knows all about working in Indonesia. Don't know about fund raise as it depends on how long suspension is and what money is needed.The last CEO on share pickers made the point that many AIM investors think raising money via " placing so" is negative but it can be a very positive move as if you are not revenue producing then you will need funds at some stage. I am of the same opinion that if the money is necessary and used effectively then it is fine. As I trust DW to spend any money wisely then the multiplier effect should raise the SP accordingly.

The beauty here is we can't do anything and the longer the suspension the greater the news flow so decisions on whether to sell on what news are taken out of our hands so we all have as full a picture as possible on progress and decide accordingly

New Proactive presentation by Bruno and they have raised money via existing and new investors including BOD putting money in at 3p so can't really buy better. Mentioned as well as Vammose expansion into Europe they have also set up Pure Science their AH brand which they intend to push themselves firmly into Poultry but then into other market segments. Don't forget the experience of virtually all the Senior Management team ie AR/BJ etc is in Animal health

Interesting reading detail in agreement about Hamley buyers wanting to build a global business brand and exploring strategic partnership options with House of Fraser.I am sure PEL could help them with those objectives.

With the amount of assets on the table and the possible JV money is very likely to be needed.But as long as this money is used wisely and is multiplied by revenue producing business.As the vast majority have faith in DW then all looks good to me. The longer the money tied up the better the news flow imo
