Have only seen Evidence of Tyramine effecting fecundity( egg laying ability) on malaria mosquitos and Bruno talked about a repellency action so that may be more potent than killing mosquitos except in breeding grounds.But the ability to control all these new threats in a " safe way" rather than widespread use of DEET chemicals has to be a step forward. Normally active ingredients that work vs mites/lice do not always work against insects due to different CNS systems but different formulations will work but not don't know enough about how Zica is contracted so is Mosquito required to bite to pass on infection and is it killed on contact or better to repell

Nice presentation- good to have Outsmart back- horses nice premium market especially if it prevents sweet itch which is caused by Cullicoides Midge. The pet flea & tick is huge and as you say that is their real expertise.Funny listening to Bruno talk about non pesticides when he led European efforts to make Frontline worlds best selling flea and tick treatment. Also great thing about targeting poultry and pig with Pure Scuence is very concentrated nature of industry and again huge numbers and high resistance/ banned use of current treatments vs red mite.

Sorry did not see earlier question but you have got the answer.So the 12 month lock in period ends on 2nd April 2016. Totally agree re your reasoning of raising SNs of cash probably by CLNs in MTFB rather than selling its equity stake after US listing. I believe the present SP of AMP is purely related to " poor Cash position" and possibly the fear of the McAleer family wanting to sell their big stake. Once they realise some of their MTFB stake to improve their cash balance after April.Also coincides with end of loan draw down facility.Still think they have see tie up with YA which dies not help. My plan is keep large core MTFB holding after US listing but sell some on listing and invest more herr(already have some here) as I think MTFB will rise more up to and just after US listing then AMP will really rerate after they improve their BS.Only my view

Hi Mick Think you might be referring to Axccess who had some litigation with Disney but have not heard for long time.There was the other Datatern positive ruling in Jan.2015 where the SP spiked 180% on the day. The amounts of money to win in these settlements are huge but to take on MSTR and MS is daunting.AMP gave already refused to sue them direct for patent infringement preferring to sue the customers instead. Don't doubt potential but this is expensive and lengthy.

Draft/Mick Agree RM really needs to update market re.Datatern. The recent positive court ruling in Mass.was to an tempt by Microstrategy to indemnify its customers against patent infringement in effect allowing DataTern to pursue its claims in this and other courts.Thisvwas aided by a Markman ruling being allowed in Texas to pursue them 6 cases there.News by March. The problem is if MSTR and MS appeal and believe you me US patent law is very complicated/ unpredictable very expensive and long.These data Tern cases have bent going in several years. The potential payout is huge given the widespread nature of these uses and there are many big cosmos yes involved so ability to pay is not in question. The hope is that these customers will settle out of court/ do licensing deals and that us what we need updating on.Have not looked at court case for a while so should have another look but it does take a lot if time so happy to wait for news.

Agree Mick- this MM activity does nothing to instil confidence. Do we know if YA is the institutional lender as per 5/6/14 RNS.I seem to recall they were involved in KMK CLNs as well but know this arrangement was modified in AMPs favour.

Hi Draft Just to be clear-I don't see a lot of risk in AMP in fact think it is all up from here.It is just easier for new investors to get a better grasp of what the potential is with MTFB. Take Data Tern-I know from personal experience how hard it is to get a true evaluation of what it all means by looking at US court dockets etc and until there is an update from RM re stage of litigation/ licensing update no one really knows where AMP is ATM. Sure all will become clear soon and looks good-think the RNS re. Loan facilityand March timing/ possible m2m merger IPO may be indicative of improved cash position of AMP in next couple of months

Agree Draft that this should be rising in line with MTFB and in some ways offers a better value entry into MTFB. There is also the additional prospect of Data Tern and other partner company's.However there are also some unkowns such as possible YA involvement/costs of further US litigation/strength of Balance Sheet/ ex Chairmanship Holdings. I recognise this is very undervalued but the reason why people invest directly into MTFB is its " clean" and clear understanding of what it's fundamentals are with the known risks/ rewards.Like many people I am invests in both but with a much larger exposure to MTFB. However I do feel that any other news here and selling part of its stake in MTFB or even more likely converting some of the CLNs will remove some of its unknowns. I think this wIll rerate in line with MTFB US listing but this could respond even better when the future is clearer. Only my thoughts and good future here for both

Pwac Bruce is right most pharmacy staff are not that knowledgable on the treatments they are selling.Sometimes receive training from manufacturer but TYRU does not have sales force( only Jonathan Hill who sees HOs). Their get out is that as long as pharmacist is on premises and can intervene in any discussions.
