Think you are safe as any selling of part of stake by AMP will not only be seen as only achieving an unsatisfactory rate of return compared to what it will get in 12 months BUT also it will be taken as a bad sign by the market and adversely effect the MTFB SP by a significant amount however much they may want to improve their Balance Sheet

Yes- 5th top riser and MT;FB 10th top riser so should go up much more here in run up to Fruday US IPO

Hi Jimzi Absolutely re.AMP and court cases and/ or m2m will make an enormous difference and I will definitely increase my Small holding here considerably. Re.p 113- yes does not add up as AMP should be 26.3% and Invesco 25.1%( approx) after US IPO but think it is about " beneficial ownership"- see Note 1 and think difference is one of AMP related holdings is not " beneficial ownership"- only a small 1-2% and think it may be one of RM family holding.

AMP is probably better"value" ATM but just expect all the news flow over coming months will be in MTFB so prefer to invest direct in main asset BUT at some point AMP will have a big jump imo and on AIM a lot is about following sentiment and by keeping informed about news in both means that we can choose the balance of exposure between the two. GL

Sure this is due for big rerate too but still think needs to sell some of MTFB stake to improve balance sheet and then NAV here will show true value which is big upside. But as the real value is in holding onto its MTFB stake to close to commercialisation then I feel this will not reflect this then suddenly explode hence my thoughts in selling some MTFB hopefully just before AMP does and then put much more in here and hopefully catch two big rerates. Well that is plan anyway but never works out like that lol

Dave- morning most folk know the history of STGR but you did not mention the agreed Bass deal which values them at 4 x current market cap. That is what Doc has seized on-the future not the past as on here with ONZ GLA

As you say Nigel's buying is key as he is only person who really knows prospects of deal.ONZ probably enables him to spread his risk by providing funding and has been discussed before any success with N4 will give him a fantastic return so ONZ having 49% of N4 and him having 16% of ONZ plus a lot of the remaining bit of N4 means he will still get a stellar return but has reduced his risk of having all his eggs in the N4 basket and spending a lot his own money to maximise its value.

Not in yet but researching this w/end. I do like the investments but the only thing I am not sure of is they seem very diverse- potash/ farming/pharma and others and are in LA and Europe so very I am interested in their strategic investment policy but prefer it to be targeted and aligned in one main direction. Was not sure if these investments are historical and are looking to concentrate in specific areas.
