Extension of deadline for CPNs and Ex Chairman Promissory Notes Jam4u-as for Data Tern ruling these are ongoing and last US court ruling was very positive for Data Tern but waiting to see MSTR response or see whether there are out of court settlements with MSTR and MS customers. It could mean a lot of money is millions of dollars for AMP but need confirmation of conclusion on US litigation process which can drag on or update on out of court or licensing settlements

Hi Pablo Totally agree re.AMPabd this is ready to rebound quick either with or without news.I have given up trying to call the bottom on this type of share where I feel you can respond quickly enough either on a RNS or SP movement. I have a core holding here but happy to add once a bounce occurs.Still think the plan is for MTFB to US list and AMP to sell some of their share in April once lock in period ends.Until then I do not see their Balance/Sheet changing much so happy to wait until news of MTFB/AMP and react accordingly.Could be a great 2016

Hi Dim-although any share of this type carries some risk I really think that the odds are very much in favour of Ickaprim getting to market and as such the tisk/ reward is very high.The fact that Iclaprim has proven safety in over 1000 patients/ has in Vivo and in vitro trial success compared to Vancomycin for ABSSSI/has a 80mg for any body weight/ has Fasttrack/Covance as CRO/trial protocol is non inferiority means that MTFB have done all they can to de risk Iclaprim especially when there such a big need for new ABs. PK- still confident for the future but my PF is overall about even but with some decent chunks with hopefully some good upside

Hi New This is my first year of dealing on AIM and like yourself have got frustrated but a couple of things have helped me more recently. Disconnect the SP from the fundamentals at any point in time but in the end and it may take a long time the science will always win through son vesting in MTFB etc will in the end win. A couple of my bios SCLP and VAL have had massive drop in SP over the last 2 months like MTFB even though the science is advancing.I am confident that at some point the bottom will be reached and it will bounce back.For eg VAL bounced 25% on Friday. I always thought fundamentals drove SP movements but on AIM it is much more sentiment and TA in analysing SP movement. Cheers

Hi New Hope I am not a ramper but always bullish on MTFB and although it will be 2 years to commercialisation think it will get your money back way before then-think value will come in AMP in Q2/2916 when it can sell some of its stake in MTFB and improve its balance sheet PK hope you are good- seen you on a couple of other BBs

Yes these low volume sales are a pain ATM. The MMs don't want to hold much stock so drop the price a lot so that knowing there are not many buys about they can make their money
