Five new ‘extra care’ housing schemes will be built across Nottinghamshire and should be complete by March 2017. Extra care housing gives you the security and privacy of a home of your own, but with 24-hour care services available if you need them. There is usually a range of communal facilities and flexible space that can be used for things like well-being clinics and socialising. The look of the housing varies. Some are new purpose-built retirement villages, others are modernised sheltered housing schemes with extra services on-site. The new extra care accommodation will be built in Retford, Eastwood, Gedling, Ashfield and Mansfield, and will join seven existing developments which already run successfully in other parts of the county. We are working with partners to build the new housing. The first of which will become available from early 2015 in Gedling. Ashley House is already working in partnership with NCC on the Retford Extra Care Village

Got some in the end-strange day- could not buy most of day and could sell at 2.94-3.So would think large delayed buy but then could buy some st end of day at sub 3.

I am with HL and although they are generally good IF there is a large background buy( not saying there is) or if MMs not sure which way to take it they are often one of first to cooperate in blocking trades. I have a few in here already so may try again.

Normally H77 is always enthusiastic in fact some would say TOO positive but he has been hear a long time and at times the only poster on this BB. Be thankful that at least today the SP is holding here whilst MTFB is down 6%. Understand everyone's frustration but the market is brutal today and who knows where some of these SPs will end up as they certainly don't equate to value ATM. GLA

Hi Pablo/Miller Unfortunately sellers will often sell into good news hoping to get a good price but not too worried if they don't.Of course it messes everyone else up but each to their own.

Not in here but RNS released at 1755 re. Court clearing merger-so stares will be suspended Monday and Rockhopper readmitted on Tuesday GL

Hi Pablo Obviously the sad death of the Chairman was unexpected but this plus the other CPNs and the need to improve the BS strengthens my thought that AMP will need to sell some of their stake in MTFB at earliest opportunity. The only thing preventing this is if the MTFB SP is still much undervalued hence my continued feeling of a US listing where AmP can sell some of stake at a good price and without diluting SP.
