You may well be right.
I am very relaxed re US Commercialisation and you raise some fair points
All the major AB players like AZN I know we have access to here and many will not finalise a deal until actual Approval.More likely a global deal imo
As MTFB have not made any steps as far as I am aware to start recruiting MSLs etc then they must be confident of doing a deal hence I am confident of a rerate either before or after approval

I always belief in individual responsibility for decisions so not appealing to anyone.

As you probably know sentiment is 90% of AIM and today’s news badly affects that as AIM hates delays.
Yes the RNS indicates it seems to be issues with Trigid 2 but we don’t know what exactly these issues are or if there are additional questions the FDA need answering.
We can guarantee they are not simple to sort out and as others have said they have probably known about this for a while whilst continuing to claim everything is on track re JG tweet.
As Boom said earlier on these must have been raised at the pre IND Meeting which again we don’t know when it happened but was originally planned in Q1.
We all love the science but the BOD does now have a track record of delays in developing the science.For a small bio this is potentially a major issue.
They made a lot of progress imo a year ago with the external validations but the lack of progress at getting the SCIB 1 Combo trial and Modi into the clinic will be taken very badly by the market hence the traction of the SP.
This is bad for us as shareholders and for the patients who have this dreadful disease.
It really does not matter why there are delays as the BOD have to take responsibility but where it appears they fail to communicate the news as quickly as they should imo and remain quiet on many other potential bits of news whilst at the same time awarding themselves big compensation increases then I can readily see why PIs get angry.
I will attend the AGM and ask my questions in a reasonable manner either publicly or privately as it very much depends what they say and how they deal with events.
I am very fortunate in that I am comfortable with the risk/reward and understand movements like today and very happy to wait for se real years if necessary.
When I say the BOD has done themselves no favours I consider the RNS simply gives more firepower to the negative posters and must make many reasonable investors question them as se real have done today

Few interesting arguments.
Although the HABP trial will cost a lot of money a couple of things to bear in mind.
Firstly it will be over 24-30 months so the cost will be spread over this timeline.The 21st Century Cures Act May obviate the need for a full scale 2nd trial hence the cost may be much lower.
The priority as Rebarm says is US commercialisation and the ROW can wait.
Yes it is quiet but will happily wait for update and judge from there

It has all been said by others but yes very disappointing day on several fronts.
Even more important to get an update either before or during AGM presentation.Bought a few more today as still totally convinced it is very undervalued but the BOD have not done themselves any favours and in longer term that may prove to be a much bigger issue to sentiment than today’s news.

VanVan yes usually pretty well attended by PIs and they give a presentation and are usually available afterwards for 121s.
Yes I intend to go especially in view of relative silence and always feel it is important to get a gauge on sentiment and what BOD say and how they see it.
More Important to me to meet and discuss with folk who actually can give you real information and provide update rather than just rely on BB soundings even though they can be valuable and fully accept that not everyone can or chooses to attend.
Sorry C7 about latest heath situation and would have been nice to st least meet you even if there are disagreements between us at times.

Some good points made and I feel it may be a contractual type of arrangement so if you buy into Proactive Servuce Agreement part of arrangement may be to have an opportunity to talk to investors once a year.
However as you say they need to raise but much more likely imo during 2019 u less a deal is arranged.
Should be a fair question for AGM and as per normal main benefit is how they answer it as well as the actual answer.

Wise calming words which we know are often needed when investing on AIM but especially likes of here when the SP is often used as an reflection of true value when we all know there can be quite a dusclocation between the two.
However we all recognise the SP is of prime importance to us all whether invested short,medium or long term.
Agree next 4 months will reveal all and if no news before next get to meet up with GL( hopefully At Jefferies in November))

I don’t know what is going on but like many LTH am honest enough to admit it.What I do know is anyone who claims they know for definite positive or negative is not worth listening to.
So you have to look the facts that are known.
Are Outrider and YA to be trusted absolutely not as that is indisputable.
Is SN/ZM aligned with SH absolutely.
Do the assets seem worth fighting over well I think most agree they are.
Has there been issues with false promises/difficulties extracting assets.Yes I would say in the past there have been issues but think most agree a big improvement in communication has occurred in last 12 months.
It boils down to whether we believe individually whether ZM is to be trusted and although I have not met the guy I trust the judgement of others based on the reading of many posts over a long period of being invested here.
Anyway if it goes wrong and I have misread this then fine but equally if I have got this right then will have a few beers to celebrate but any Johnny come lately s professing to know all and give us LTH advice imo are not worth listening to.

Yes we may all have agendas some positive some negative but if we have all done our research then it makes a more comfortable ride despite the volatility and testing SP.
I will continue to hold until decision time unless any news flow indicates otherwise so sooner or later this will get to a much more acceptable level as the value of having an Approved product on a hot space with 19 years patent protection is very valuable

Look at the numbers for peak sales $500m in US and that is for ABSSSI and another $225m inROW
We don’t know when but just think how much a deal will be worth with patent protection until 2037 and HABP to add on

Sums up many of our thoughts.Remember the risk has largely gone imo and Tanya validation is based on anticipated annual sales( opens to debate) and length of patent protection( know this will be 18 years) so taking minimum estimate quoted by Vadim of $100m per annum then you have a minimum figure imo

C7-I assure you I want the SP far higher than today.Like you I am quite happy with my current holding and not looking to add unless news.
Also the deals imo were largely done by RG as they take 18 months and he certainly was heavily involved in the BioNTech deal.Yes they have been done under JC chairmanship but so have the delays to trials and I am just not sure how much he contributes due his many fingers in many pies elsewhere
