Yes I am still here. But I have to mention funding once again.

The vox video was positive in many areas, which is what one expects from a CEO.
But we have to raise $3.5m more to get to 27% of Amapa. That cannot be done
from loan over assets as our current assets are charged against the CLN.

So KM's comments on loan against assets only relates to Amapa future development
once we have a shareholding [up to 49%?]
I make no apologies for raising this matter again is this is precisely why the sp is where it is.
Until near term funding is resolved the sp will stagnate imv.

I am surprised nobody has commented on the new low of 5p reached today.

As I keep posting the sp will continue to drift imv until funding for the foreseeable future
is concluded. I first raised funding required on Dec 24th when the sp was 6.625p.

As further delay, viz Brazilian bank agreements, is possible I see problems unless BOD
address this situation promptly.

The MM's now appear to be signalling a fund raise will have to be below 5p to succeed.

Or on second thoughts they look like put throughs. Should not be so optimistic!

Judging by todays purchases Q4 results should be OK. Out soon?

As I have said previously, the longer the BOD delay a capital raise, the lower the share
price will drift. Clearly the market expects, so get on with it, sooner rather than later.

@observer Agreed but I feel schedule is tight and there have already been delays.
If we had some cash behind us, even if only part of the requirement I would be happier
and more relaxed.

@observer842 The NPV for Amapa is indeed impressive.
The market, however, imv is a little "twitchy" in respect of our current cashflow.
The CLN is $3.9m approx . 50% of this is now being repaid monthly and the balance due to
be repaid in full on 1st September. But we have no income!

Add to this $3.5m to increase Amapa stake to 27% and we get a total of $7.5 approx needed.
Hence I reiterate that our sp is falling due to market perception of cap raise.
So I say to BOD, sort out capital requirement asap please.

Whilst I appreciate the excellent drilling results from MMS where is the buying of
kdnc on the strength of them?

Still feel the market is and will be holding fire until we have some clarity on how
funding for Amapa is to be raised.

@observer842 Yes I agree some asset disposal appears to have taken place
of late, but this seems to me to be a temporary measure to cover ongoing
admin costs. The only really marketable security to raise enough for next
12 months say, is EMH and KM would be well aware of prospects there.

It just appears to me that the market is expecting [or has wind of] a pending
cap raise. Over the last few week gradual sales of largish round figures and
up to 250k have taken place. A goodly total now for a buyback at a lower
placing price. Unfortunately that is how AIM works for some.

@FrankieH A good post [9.17 today] it is a pity that so many posters here have never met or contacted
any Board member and yet suggest they are only there to take as much salary as possible. As you say they
are all very approachable and an AGM is a good place to make ones own assessment of their ethics.

Clearly I am more than disappointed with sp performance but imv the market in this share is on hold until
funding for the immediate future is resolved. Looks to me that rather than dispose of more assets at current
depressed prices a capital raise is on the cards. As I said before, sooner rather than later and get it over with.

@Observer842 quite agree with the excellent prospects for Amapa but even with income from sale of stockpile
at Port this does not directly help kdnc bank balance as proceeds are reinvested in project. Hence my feeling that
we need working capital [and loan repayments] for next year or so by way of cap raise. Once this is out of the way
the emergence of news from Amapa ---assuming positive!] will drive sp higher.

With both gold and copper holding on to significant gains since end July, near term outlook
seems very positive to me, particularly with increased production now on stream.

The market [or at least one persistent 250k seller] sees an impending cap raise hence a falling sp.
Sooner or later this will be needed-----Notice to BOD -- MAKE IT SOONER!
Once a fund raising is achieved, for at least the next 12 months, I will be buying again.
In the meantime there will be a lack of momentum in sp imv.

This will be my last post of 2019 [hardly a prosperous year] so my best wishes for all

@observer842 My thanks for your continued research, we owe you a debt of gratitude for
the hours you work on our behalf.
As I stated previously it is clear the local authorities are pursuing Zamin/Anglo for retribution.
It also appears to me that with appeals so soon after hearings that there is a sense of urgency
to conclude these cases. All positive for kdnc as we will be party to a major resource without
any carry forward baggage and have the political goodwill to proceed.
A major factor for the local government is the prospect of permanent employment for many
in an area of deprivation.

@observer842 Presentation states Amapa has downstream design for tailings dam.

Abandoned dam is of upstream design i.e. design now banned after recent tragic disasters.

Should Zamin not be liable for cost of making safe?

Or are we taking about a new dam being built?

I reckon I might feel likewise had I not had face to face conversations with all the BOD who were present
at the last AGM. Last September one of the board members told me that he had scraped together all
of his personal savings and more, to buy into the placing re Amapa.
As Degsie repeatedly points out £400m was raised for investment by the BOD in their own names as Directors.

This underlines their personal commitment to kdnc and the Amapa project. No doubt those who have not met
the CEO will have other views but for myself I was convinced he is prepared to back this project wholeheartedly.

Only time will tell whether the doubters are right and I am wrong: so as always research is vital.

@observer842 I agree, which is why I bought 75k [3x25k] just before close yesterday.

Of course there are risks, as in every equity investment, but at Amapa the political will is there.

Forecast of up to 6000 jobs for an area of great deprivation is a powerful catalyst.

DYOR should certainly be carried out to consider risk/reward.

Looking for the RNS to confirm situation. Would confirmation improve sp? But I surmise it seems
to me there are sellers hoping to gain from a capital raise in near future.
