Not in here yet but am in WRES so familiar with this type of investment. Interested, what are peeps expecting in the way of impact on SP from positive confirmation of the concession here? Looks like it will be a formality after the Environmental approvals been granted. Also, re. financing the main mine, what stage are ORM at with that since Almonty were sent packing? Just seen WLFE's announcement re. their recapitalisation funded via a 33% discounted placing and issuance of 60% more shares. Happy to share intel on WRES where i have a much more indepth understanding, for anyone interested. Anyway, thanks in advance all.
Someone is taking nice large bites today in regular size 15, 20, 25, 30ks, looks like the institutional pacman machine is getting going - maybe large ii/s order/s broken up into manageable chunks? - Average volume (which has been pitiful of late) been smashed today. Makes me think that those in the know had some plan to get the SP down here to fill their boots. Just wish I had some readies to grab some more as this is starting to look TASTY to me! Looks like the 20sma is about to go through the 50sma too. If it does that with volume I'll definitely have a reshuffle to get some more this week. GLA
Just to add, obviously hoping we get Gibralta's £2+ here (didn't want my last post to be seen as a dereamp lol). Will it be Chinese takeaway this Friday? Hope so.....
I'm sure we shall not have to wait too much longer for the deal to be done. I'd like a few more here (to average down) following this last few weeks sp slide. However, being a bit disciplined and needing one of my other shares to deliver a bit before I commit further here. Still think we are game on for a good deal at 150p+ here (cheap at that) and although the wait is a bit painful it'll no doubt be worth it. GLA Holders

The daily SP fluctuations on this stock are pretty wild, now showing 16% up, long may that continue. GLA.
Hi mate, I note from the most recent announcement refers to 'discussions with potentially interested parties' so initially I read that as being more than one interested party i.e. bidder. However, it might go more along the lines of Gibralta1s suggestion which to me also sounds plausible, with the 'interested parties' being a combination of PALA and a.n.other prospective bidder?. I do know one thing, and that is PALA are no fools, so I think should all work out well. itsonelouder
Sounds very plausible Gibraltar1 and I think wise to be adding. I see PALA being instrumental in striking a great deal. Recommended post. GLA
Corbine/ all I'm not savy to any whisperings here but my investment was made on the bet that PALA will extract some significant value out of this and that a bid or multiple bids will be forthcoming - My favourite kind of whispers are Chinese! If a buy out happens further down the line then that's fine by me too as these are tucked in my SIPP. Personally I don't pay too much stock to the broker notes but there's a brief summary here: http://www.brokerforecasts.com/news/article/articleId/4709614 Westhouse maintain their target at 65 but changed from 'add' to 'neutral' given recent share price movement on the announcement of possible bid. Good luck itsonelouder
Sorry, message wasn't finished, should have been: Corbine, I have been impressed with the level and quality of research you have shared on this and others e.g. HER Thanks itsonelouder
Bought back in here yesterday on the news with a modest amount for the SIPP. I have been for some time impressed with PALA's track record of turnarounds and believe there will be an excellent end point on this one too. I am only sorely sorry that as a newbie investor in 2009 I bought this share for something like 9p and sold it thinking I had done amazingly well at 24p. Wish I could turn the clocks back to 2009 and just hold all the bombed out mining stocks and (scratch that) everything I bought back then!...... Hey ho. Corbine, I have been impressed
