'First phase' - Key is in the wording.

From this, I suspect they're going to diversify in a similar way to COIN/SWC as opposed to just holding the coins value in a treasury.

It's more of an aggressive option, but one of which is certainly attracting privates and institutional investors.

Hopefully, tomorrow, all will be known. Including a market bounce from today's rumble.

More likely, we'll see an after-hours RNS than 7am tomorrow.

They'll be more than one I'd of thought, surrounding both commercial deals & BTC treasury.

I can't see them being together in one.

Next hour should give some indication to what's afoot.

If this is to be a flush throughout, then this shall rise.

Pretty simple.

Looks as if the drop from SWC has a rippling effect on all other BTC treasury Co's alike.

Reason currently unknown as to why.

What gives us the edge is that Cykel isn't purely a crypto play. It's central towards Ai agents/recruitment.

They'll inevitably be a bounce at some point. From what I can see, it's market driven & not global news surrounding the treasury, eg: legality/compliance issues.

Warrants are not due to be exercised here till 24 Oct 2026.

Small tree shake this morning, always a good sign.

They'll be a few buy orders to go through prior to the next leg up, a mere consolidation.

The latest RNS reads 'days' till the next announcement, so they're working on something quite clearly.

Also a chance for those to take a profit from the recent trading activity.

Let's see where we're at come 10am, I reckon blue.

I'm no BTC mastermind by any shot, although reading & researching views on companies who have implemented this strategy. The general consensus is that if we're utilised to make multiple raises, to acquire BTC, similar to SWC, COIN, then many will jump in. As opposed to just holding BTC in a treasury. And that's why the price has moved up significantly, punters hedging that particular angle.

I'm sure the team, Ewan, Bixby etc are not going to pass on the golden ticket, by any means. They're well connected and have experience in this sector.

Although once news is released, we'll get a clearer ideas of what's in store, and the market will do its thing.

BTC is the catalyst, not the foundation. Cykels business around the 10M McCap was seriously undervalued, I still believe it's undervalued at where we're at currently.

It's a big if, as there's competition in this sector. But if they can strike gold & get in with some big names, I wouldn't rule out a McCap of 250m + in the future.

There's a LOT of appetite for this sector. Timing needs to be key, fast, direct, and precise.

I am intrigued, of course, on the BTC play, having looked at HEV, COIN, SWC, etc, doing multiples in weeks. What's not to get excited about? We're one of few who are implementing this idea, and whilst I discuss, SBAR has released a wrap offer RNS today after hours...

I'd suspect we'll see something similar shortly.

Could be huge moves made here, right place, right time, you never know.

Wouldn't be surprised to see news tomorrow, although I'm not going to take away the joys of today.

Volume today has been on another level.

Usually, it is a case of buying the rumour, selling the news.

I suspect there's a wide community of avid BTC traders who are looking to diversity into this type of market and are patiently awaiting how Cykel is going to deploy this treasury. The delay as mentioned, was purposely done. They knew the market hadn't yet digested the importance initially, so keeping this back could prove pivotal. I don't know the ins and outs of it all unfortunately, although am sure Jonathan Bixby does, and that's who's calling the shots.

Although I always agree with taking profits when available, given the nature of the market. I believe we're entering into a 'cash rich' period. The foundations have been made, and now the business is looking to accelerate the Ai workforce with the accumulated funds of recent placings. The BTC treasury phase needs to be articulated specifically in order to draw more retail investors to the table. (Due anytime). The commercial aspect looks strong, let's see what this week brings in terms of news.

I doubt they'll be many of us left depending on the way things go with the sp, although you've added some great insights over the months, & I'm sure has helped many nearer the 2p mark hold their nerve.

This 65p Target doesn't include the BTC treasury, nor any commercial deals either.

Things can move quickly in this space, but 65p would suit me & others rather generously, I'm sure.

Haven't posted for some time, lack of news, lots of points well covered. More importantly, those who have done their due diligence know where this is going.

Appears well oversold at these levels, should be a catapult job once Dr.Nag releases company tie ups to CapAi via R42.

Patiently awaiting, time is a currency you don't get back, I'm using mine to top up.
