Jundee, everyone here is well aware that the % increase in monetary value won't be much.

But this is a fledging company , and if you compound 68% next month into the next and so on, you'd be bringing home some steak by Xmas.

Anyone with common sense knows not to focus on the numbers this early...

In a nutshell , people are now buying back what should never have been sold.

Cel AI (LSE: CLAI) announces that Nicholas Lyth has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Matt Lodge has resigned as a non executive director with immediate effect.

Interesting.

A decent reversal today from midday, the OTC trade of circa 20k was similar to another this week, after the market bell.

Sadly, OTC trades are difficult to determine whether a buy or sell, given mid price. (Purposely done in cases to remain incognito).

Logic stands that if it were to be a sell (in conjunction with the other earlier this week), they'd have executed them around the same time, when the market value was around 3.5/4p.

We must be days if not tomorrow away from what has been promised. "In the coming days." Given it's a week tomorrow since the RNS I wouldn't of thought it'd be much longer. Could explain the sharp dash this afternoon?

All theoretical stuff, Cykel has held well against its peers given the market volatility.

We're very much market driven by SWC , rightly or wrongly, as that the driving factor for BTC treasury co's alike.

They've just done a 40m+ raise with institutional investors.

There's appetite for this stuff, and those caught sleeping thinking the bubble has ended, will find out that it's only just begun.

Simple - If you've done your due diligence, then what made you invest here initially, I ask? And if so, what's changed since?

Alternative - There's plenty of ftse stocks you can invest in .

Risk/Reward.

To some extent, yes, this is a speculative punt.

All we really know at this point is the business concept, the target audience, and a small amount of revenue that's generated recently from sales.

You have to use your own initiative, draw an illustration and picture where this could be in the short/med/long term.

For me, Cykel is in the hot sector. Ai agents are inevitably going to play a part in the future of industry. So when they've got 3, all working & polished off, it makes sense revenue will be generated at some stage. All be it, how much? (The defining risk).

We know very little to date, in the grand scheme of it. Although 4 this is a fledgling business.

The increase in revenue was for factual use only.

It won't have been anywhere near a million I wouldn't have thought.

Leaving the numbers out of it, take what you will.

The key driver is they're increasing revenue and fast.

More to come on the commercial deal side, hopefully this week.

There are obviously other benefits having btc on the balance sheet , as mentioned:

Bitcoin has outperformed cash and bonds over every 5-year period since 2009.

MicroStrategy's Bitcoin holdings grew from $250M to $40B+ since 2020. Their stock massively outperformed the S&P 500.

As for an investors point of view, it means that as the company is purchasing more coins through generated revenue, the investors can essentially accumulate more , thus the supply reducing, and the price increasing.

So, a little from what I've understood so far...

Treasury BTC companies increase the demand for Bitcoin itself. When Cykel & others buy bitcoin for their balance sheet , they're buying spot BTC from the open market. That reduces circulation supply. Thus supply & demand.

"There are approximately 20 million bitcoin in circulation as of 2024. Once the number of bitcoin in circulation reaches the 21 million supply limit, the protocol will no longer issue new bitcoin."

If I'm purchasing, say 1 btc, regardless of the price, I will only ever hold 1 btc (unless I of course purchase/ sell).

With purchasing through a business that holds a treasury, (dependent on if they use revenue generated to purchase further btc - what we're waiting to hear) then the private investor(s) could hold more than 1btc although at a premium, in hope that it'll go up.

Its a calculated risk, but purchasing through what Is essentially a 3rd party via HL/Aj Bell etc is far easier than via a wallet, hence the attractiveness.

Very novice to this, although from what I've read this seems to be a decent summary.

The rippling effect from SWC is clear to see amongst BTC treasury companies alike.

This would be the perfect storm for Cykel to release multiple news on the Ai front, commercial deals & Treasury update alike.

This could be timed better than one would expect.

Patiently awaiting news from the team , the suspense surrounding the treasury phase is making me question what they're up to.

If this were going to be a standard put up job, like others have done, it'd have been polished off weeks ago.

Perplexed, to say the least.

Let's hope we have a market bounce today, find our feet around the 4p mark & push from there. The hype surrounding this hasn't fizzled yet by any means.
