Calm heads are needed here. We know no less from when the sp was trading at 4.5p. No one knows why we haven't had news yet. It does feel odd. We're increasing revenue month on month, demos completed, US Growth & more.

It's just that they only have to mention the key details on here, whereas companies house it's the entire workings.

Have to agree now High Tower, it has been nearly a month since the report. Radio silence, in a fast-paced environment, communication needs to be all the highest priority.

Undoubtedly, work is being done, although it needs to be good as can see this taking a dent if not.

I have ben able to sell over bid today, clearly hunting for shares. Wouldn't be surprised to see a few after-hours drop and a buy or two worked.

Think about it, in an acquisition, would I focus on the share price or the market cap if I were the acquirer.

Take it from someone (me) who works in the financial industry, i think you should go back to basics...

Unfortunately, no, it's not. You're looking at the market as black & white, which is very much isn't.

The market is driven primarily by supply and demand, that's the base. Followed by confidence. Confidence is driven by newsflow, which at this stage (currently) is lacking. Hence, the decline in sp.

That doesn't change any factors of what's been proposed, until of course, we hear it from the company directly.

There's currently little demand due to opportunities elsewhere, this particular market is driven by news, a lot of rainbow chasing, as you'll see.

If you can't hold your nerve then sell up, there's plenty of other Ai / BTC stocks elsewhere.
