I don't know the legality of what is required to release an RNS of this sort. I'd suspect the advisors have done due diligence prior and deemed not needed. However, comms from the board wouldn't go a miss, granted.

Logically speaking, I can't see Bixby setting up a company, incubating other Ai agents elsewhere, and essentially devaluing Cykels' growth by doing so. There has to be some formidable tie up, one of which benefits both.

I don't know if a RTO would be beneficial or not Toffers. Keeping the business' separate is likely the best route. They'll be a tax stitch up also , no doubt offsetting loses against each other to balance the books. More to it that the commercial side it would seem, just my hunch, and my opinion as ever to all posts now and previously.

The flip side is that Cykel doesn't have a team big enough currently to support all sales/contracts and/or know in the future that deals will materialise, so using SBAR as a way to help monitor that is a weight of there shoulders, temporarily if not permanently.....

I personally think SBAR will do well in providing Lucy sales & future contracts. It's in sundae bars interest also to do that. Win win.

Toffers - I believe Lucy they're referring to is the use of Cykels ai agent, I could be wrong, but Cykel need to RNS this if so.

I think the questions gotta be asked , on how SBAR is generating revenue from using Lucy, how does it work? Are they going to take a cut of the revenue / sales? Is this a sign that Lucy is struggling to gain attraction in the market, and how much help ideally does it ofter ? Lot going on, that's for sure.

Seems as if my ideas regarding Sbar weren't wrong after all.

Wondering if and somehow we'll be adopted to this strategy , could be nothing? Although seems to align.

I think most of us here remain optimistic. Lots of work & time have been put into this since Cykels' inception. The main worry for me is another bigger fish replicating what we have to offer, completely shutting down the barriers. Gotta be first to bite, it seems in this competitive market, fingers crossed some more commercial agreements soon!

Toffers - Although I agree , cykel is a prime target for a buyout, I can not yet see any justifying links that the ball has started rolling on that front. Hopefully, some signs come Thursday onwards.

Interestingly enough, the 5 day chart is almost a mirror image of the lifetime chart.

I don't think a company the size of Transpharmation have signed a 12-month deal without knowing that Cykel is not going to be around by then, with themselves holding the baby.

Logical thinking, businesses like those mentioned would need to know these details before going ahead.

It was a good interview today, informative, and covered the possibilities & functionalities of R42 and what it can offer. Sadly, the expectation on here is so high by many posters that if the professor fails to mention "billion dollar valuations overnight," folk lose interest and sell out. In reality, this is the closest thing you'll get on this market to Ai exposure, whether or not you like the incubated co's are not is immaterial, its whether they'll do well, something he has 40+yrs in doing. Trust the process.

Jundee- contracts don't happen overnight, still a fledging business. If no deals made in the next few months, I'd be worried. But as stated, I'd expect that to shift shortly.
