As Smythery says, it all depends on getting the gas to flow. If the proppant squeeze gets the gas to flow the sp will do well, if the flow is seriously good (unlikely imo) then there is huge upside. Even if we get a great flow, I don't believe gas to Bitcoin is the right choice for monetisation. They should stick to the original plan - Gas to Grid (plus micro turbines for onsite power).

It's funny that SW talks about 'stranded gas' when WN isnt stranded gas - gas has never flowed in significant volumes, if at all

Having read numerous RNSs, it’s unclear to me how the JV plans to monetise gas at West Newton. If the JV owns the turbines, it seems logical that the JV would be selling power to 360 Energy. Conversely, if 360 Energy owns the turbines, then the JV would be selling gas to them. The nature of what is sold could have EPL implications. Any thoughts?

I didnt specifically say Rohan was gullible, you did. I'm not here to protect anyone or police the forum, I'm simply expressing a contrarian pov. Also I havent said I'm making money, overall I am well down on my former RBD investment. Why make up stuff? Clearly Rohan is a smart cookie, he could have stayed below the radar at 2.99% but chose not to - he would know exactly what signal a TR-1 sends. I predict that when the forum whips itself into a frenzy over rig mobilisation, the sp will spike and Rohan will reduce his holding : )

Morning aliali, I truly hope you are right and I am wrong (I have exposure through UJO) but I just see too many hurdles - at best a Bitcoin server farm is 3-4 years away imo, maybe even longer as it will be a first for the HSE. The big sell is that server farms work in the USA for stranded gas but WN has never produced gas from any of the 3 wells, so not a stranded asset, just holes in the ground.
