...neither is throwing millions of dollars at strippers! Roughly $6m to date with little over $1m revenue, that is not a sustainable business model.

A £2m placing for a $3m investment crashed the sp from 8.75p to 2.25p...was it worth it?

There is hope for UJO. We have revenue from Wressle, Kedd, Royalties, Moccasin and some gas at Andrews.

- Crossroads & Wolverine were paid upfront, hopefully one will produce.

- Kedd has all permissions for a side-track, if poo picks up maybe they will drill

- Bisc has being written off with an unknown amount for decommissioning - maybe £200k?

- NK should be sold or given to Egdon imo as it cost us £70k in 2024 and is going nowhere.

- WN based on RBD statements, UJO is on the hook for about £235k to re-enter a well and about £380k for decommissioning.

If UJO can cut costs and stop investing in strippers, the sp will recover...but not with Bramhill in charge

As far as I can tell, Diana Crossroads and Wolverine do not yet have permission to drill - rather odd considering our share of Diana is 75% - I guess Bramhill is impotent when it comes to JVs even when UJO is the 75% majority owner

Ncyt was struggling with organic growth, hence they bought yourgene which was on its knees as they needed to be seen to be doing something to grow ncyt. imo merging a failing company with a company that had run out of ideas was never a match made in heaven

If you have evidence of an issue I would recommend emailing both as it's not always clear who has jurisdiction. I have raised 2 issues in the last few months, both resulted in the company addressing the issues a few days later although I dont know for sure if my complaints were the catalyst as neither regulator will comment after the initial acknowledgment.

Invalid Requisition of General Meeting

After reviewing the Purported Notice and taking legal advice, the Company does not consider the Purported Notice to be valid.

cash burn in H1 was £6.8m, Jul/Aug down to £1.2m so cash burn appears to be slowing - assuming that's not a blip then maybe profitable in 2028?

Clearly TW has an agenda despite not being a shareholder. imo if he has evidence of wrong doing he should give it to the FCA. If it's simply evidence of a "gravy train" mentality, publish what you have and let shareholders judge for themselves...but he wont do that because drip feeding allegations keeps him in the spotlight and gives him free publicity
