Project: SMALL SCALE LNG PLANT – Colle Santo Gas Field

Article 1 – Environmental Compatibility Assessment
Positive environmental compatibility is granted for the project “SMALL SCALE LNG PLANT – Colle Santo Gas Field” (onshore liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons), including:

Article 3 – Environmental Conditions from Ministry of Culture
The proponent must comply with environmental conditions in the Ministry of Culture note prot. n. 31042 of 18/11/2025.

Article 4 – Compliance Verification
The Ministry of Environment and Energy Security – General Directorate for Environmental Assessments is the competent authority to verify compliance with the conditions in Articles 2 and 3.
An Environmental Observatory will be established for the project, under the General Directorate for Environmental Assessments, funded by LNEnergy S.r.l., to ensure transparency and monitoring.
The Observatory will include:

Abruzzo Region
ARPA Abruzzo (Regional Environmental Protection Agency)
Ministry of Infrastructure – Dams Directorate, for monitoring subsidence, pore pressure, and seismicity, with focus on the Diga di Bomba dam.
