Article 1 – Environmental Compatibility Assessment

Positive environmental compatibility is granted for the project “SMALL SCALE LNG PLANT – Colle Santo Gas Field” (onshore liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons), including:

A favorable opinion regarding no significant negative impact on Natura 2000 sites, based on a Level II impact assessment.

A favorable opinion on the Preliminary Plan for the use of excavated soil and rocks, as required by Article 24(3) of DPR 120/2017.

The proponent must comply with the environmental conditions in the PNRR-PNIEC Commission opinion n. 777 of 24 July 2025.

Article 3 – Environmental Conditions from Ministry of Culture

The proponent must comply with environmental conditions in the Ministry of Culture note prot. n. 31042 of 18/11/2025.

Based on 300 bpd, that's worth about $2.2m pa to UJO. Pen Flags could be great but first we need permission, then we need to overcome any legal challenges including relating to a potential proppant squeeze, then of course the elephant in the room is finding circa £5m capex. So imo we are a long way off ever expanding Wressle.

The more obvious development is surely the Keddington side-track which has been talked up and talked about for years! Egdon has all the permissions in place but has not proceeded, presumably because it's not economic with Brent circa $65, I cant think why else they wouldnt side-track it.

How soon should we expect a decision from the NSTA, this month perhaps?

In June 2025 Bramhill was re-elected as CEO despite a lot of very unhappy shareholders. We dont know how many shares Zac Phillips held at the time but it seems likely that his vote kept Bramhill in place. Since then the sp has dropped from 9.25p to 2.25p with one large sell going though at 1.75p.

Now Zac has a seat at the table, an RNS casually mentions he currently owns 4.73 % of UJO despite no TR-1.

imo Bramhill will step down as CEO before the next AGM rather than be humiliated by being voted out....because it appears that Zac is no longer onside.

Malcy has got it wrong, the sp rallied yesterday because shareholders can see what's happening - Bramhill is on his way out, plus some profits from RBD moved into UJO yesterday.

My only concern is that if I am right and Zac is likely to become CEO, the lack of a Tr-1 indicates he has a lot to learn about corporate governance.

VL I'm not sure how these things work but if UJO cant raise £5m for Wressle expansion, is it not the case that ujo's shares of wressle could default to EDR & EOG so why buy it when they can simply let contract terms play out?

(Europa estimated that their 30% share would cost £3.7m hence my £5m est. for ujo which is not an official figure)

As far as I know, Colle Santo doesnt have permission for a Bitcoin farm, it has received permission to produce gas from 2 existing well heads for a small scale LNG plant

Simon I have always been hopeful that CS would get permission, in fact far more confident in CS than WN. However I have been very critical of how much RBD was paying for LNe shares, ie up to £14'000 per share - far too much imo. this was vindicated by that the fact that in October they paid just £1200 per share when permission was just 2 months away...make sense of that.

Do I think the JV will re-enter WN? yes probably. Do I think they will find commercial gas? I doubt it

I have checked the agenda for 14/01 unfortunately wressle isn't included. wrt to funding, ujo is in a pickle! best case, WN gets the greenlight very soon which means ujo pays £250k from cash. if the sp surges based on sufficient gas flowing and all the hype of a bitcoin farm, then a placing at 5p could be possible
