the last AGM was 23.06.21, the Resolution states the buy-back must be completed by the time of the next AGM, therefore it seems safe to conclude that the buy-back must be complete within 7 months NOT 9 months. Dont believe the bullcrap!

Earl imo it comes down to trust - or lack of trust in Nova management plus of course the massive contingent liability hanging over the company's head. Huge upside if Nova win comprehensively with an £80m plus payday (my TP in this scenario is £3-£4), likewise if the DHSC wins comprehensively Nova's in trouble. The company's mantra is "we have a strong case", it seems many shareholders are struggling to believe them. Investing in this company is currently a significant roll of the dice imo, however I have built a nice position in the 70p-80p range as I believe Nova will be ok.

gwynwyn ujo ex-div today so price reduced by 0.8p but trading at only 0.5p down so effectively a small gain on the day

the results for the AGM were RNS's at 4.31pm, my guess is if they stay in power we will get an earlier RNS but if they are kicked out (fingers crossed!) it will be a 4.30pm RNS again

Heid has it not occurred to you that once Wressle is in the stats, UJO & EDR will shout from the rooftops that Wressle is the biggest onshore oil producer after Wytch Farm? That's a great achievement as well as great publicity for UJO, surely UJO's biggest suck-up should appreciate that?

imo it's important for the Wressle stats to be included in the league table as it would be great publicity for the JV.

I emailed Mark Abbott this morning as follows:
"Hi Mark, drillordrop has published the latest stats for onshore oil production for August, Wressle is still not included, many of us are wondering why. Can you shed any light on this for the bulletin boards?"

Mark kindly responded very quickly.
"We have been providing monthly production data to the NSTA via the online portal since the field gained production consent, so there is no reason it shouldn’t be published. I will chase the NSTA on this to find out why."

Surely the £193m is the theoretical value of the gas in the ground and not the expected sale value? the sale value of an O&G asset is always going to be far less than the value of the O&G in the ground
