I really hope you are right .........but I fear not. o'C seems to have an attraction for dullards and an absence of success.........whilst shows no attraction for success and star performers. He has sold down AT and borrowed up to the hilt against what is left to us against AT. I feel he has spent our assets supporting his friends in failing Co. Now we are all limping along with sp in a very strong down trend with no sign of bottom in site This is my opinion and understanding of this very sad Co.

Disagree........... Take up you entitlement ( and extra if you are lucky and inclined ).........they will very probably the cheapest in you will have. Once the Co is up and running the price will squeeze up rather than down. Remember we are possibly 6mths from going to sales.........ie trading !! As a VIY holder that will be a big deal.

This isn't a gogo share.........Reynolds is a serious Manager and in control. The next few weeks will see continued process of construction of a serious commercial enterprise all be it a very risky one. But the Company architecture will be sound so the business of working the assets can proceed on a sound footing. Formalization of the new Co with incoming finance and consolidation ( I have never seen a consolidation without an sp drop ) and response of professional bodies and launch of product. This will all take its toll on shareholder sentiment. So I am sure '' Team Reynolds '' ( Financiers, Technical team, MMs and the rest ) will have value locked in. As and when sp progress is made it will be firmly rooted in commercial success. IMHO So anyone looking for a flyer I think should look elsewhere cos that isn't Reynolds style.....and make no mistake he is in charge........but if you have 18mths to 2 years then sit back, it will be interesting to see talent at work

My two posts here AIMHO of course .........just conjecture and supposition to try to explain our lack of success with a tech I was very keen on once.

My hope is that as we post we have another software / Reservoir Engineer looking it over to formulate another plan independent of Sandeep and his crew so as to give him some competition......making him faster sharper and somewhat less secure. I think in the past he has believed no one has a clue what he is up to and so he can demand huge salary and not actually deliver but give a flabbergasting techy story to keep thing going. Guess what he was right !!

Sorry Twixy.......no disrespect intended and I admire your loyalty. Personally I don't think Sandeep has been able to produce a product that is market ready. It would be nice if he does get something working. I believe VIY would then sell it 2 years down the line and use money to invest in the new Bio testing technology. Where does that leave Sandeep ? Its my opinion Sandeep could be trying to manoeuver VIY into selling to him on the cheep so he can hike of the India and Asia with it and set up there on his tod........just a thought and IMHO.

Agree........ This just emphasises the extent to which the BOD had stitched up the Co and how cut out the ordinary shareholder were and were just subordinated to the whims and private agenda of the Management group and used to fund the BODS private aspirations rather than strictly business. Also indicates why we havnt migrated to main board........with those articles of assoc we wouldn't have got to main board.

Thanks drif........that puts some flesh on the thing. But let me tease it out a bit. Present test involves sticking a needle thru abdomen into amniotic sack to extract amniotic fluid to test. Our test involves taking blood sample from Mother and doing test tube analysis of Mothers blood. Please excuse my bluntness.

VIY was created in a Biotec stable.........all the other entities in the stable sold off and VIY run on its own.......spectacular flop ..................so now it is being reformed as biotec and back into another Biotec stable with other Biotecs. Kinda de ja vue........( see I got culture ) You can wonder why they bothered ie why not just shut it ( VIY ) down ...........I think for what its worth that the old boys are bugged by the failure and want to put the record straight.......a matter of pride........I cant see any other motivation for their course of action..........so for me that's a good thing But clearly still awful RISKY still IMHO DYOR

Kurds are fed up with being kicked around........I would doubt they are colluding with ISIS.........their only option is to take control around Kirkuk and that wont please IS.IS They probably have the best fighting units in IRAQ.......some reports are suggesting Bagdad invited them in to Kirkuk. One good decision then. Also Emma Nicholson ( UK envoy ) says their armies retreat was good move so they can regroup and work out loyalties before confrontation. Americans can take out their heavy stuff quickly when needed. Nothing to worry about really
