I find that irritating too. My reading is that the KGI desk as it were just isn't manned all day so whilst they go for a pee ( that's euphemism for a cup cake and coffee with that very attractive person on the futures desk !! ) between 10am and 12.00 noon they switch the answer order machine on. Then shoot back for half an hour to wack the message buys off at some fancy price before wandering off for lunch with the boys down at the '' Dog and Duck '' until 15.00hrs. which is home time. So I usually try to buy at about 08.45 to 10.00 am.........but like you I often have to leave a buy at best. Sadly PI wanting a couple of thou shares are the dogs doo doo on the buying desks of the stock exchange and the streets of London. Still I am here till £20 at least and maybe more eg RRS

Interesting possibility there then..........If there is a general sell down on the dreaded E then science will fix it probably in less than 8mths so things will recover and there will be all that pent up demand waiting to be satisfied. I remember when KGI lost their mud fill line U/g.........it was just a huge buying signal.........cos all they had to do was drill another one...........but that's not what fickle investors are sensitive to or even aware of. Good luck with this one Mogo. Just to mention I am presently trying to shift some KGI into SIPP and ISA..........serves me right for being greedy but ideally I would like to sell on the top then move the money into the tax free regimes and find the price has slipped during the 5 days it all takes so I can buy back enough to cover the spread at least. Trouble now is the institutions can smell divies so this is a pretty strong lift. I am presently working on a 3 legged rise followed by slight fall back so one more to go and then I shall think again. Getting the top always tough. Next quarter results will possibly take it to 500p or 600p so I may just take out a temp loan and do it that way. My Bank says they can make the switch for me with no time delay but looking at the costs with spread and dealing fees it makes me feel queezy Anyway I have always managed it before..........just this time a bit hairy.

These grades are the highest I am aware of on any mine. I invite anyone to name a mine showing anything like these grades. Add the fact of shallow depths of this abundant new ore ( generally excellent grades but now showing some bonanza grades )

........site has a prominent article on Gold price .........they are saying on 5th Oct the gold price will be near the longesr sustained period of low price post a major drop. So they are pumping gold up BIG. But then so am I DYOR !!

Lots of Mining stocks are squeezing up now and on quite a broad front. So I am feeling back in the game now as my portfolio is nearly 80% Mining.

Mmmm Dawn bought on 30th July and look what has happened since then.........that's what I call impeccable timing. I shall keep my eye on Her then. Not stalking or anything.!! I think Canada is one of the most sophisticated and highly trained Mining communities in the world. Hence it is worth running a mine with the highest level of mechanization possible to bear down on workforce numbers.........this will suit the Canadian labour market which until a couple of years ago was struggling to come up with sufficient numbers to satisfy recruitment needs. In countries with a large numbers of relatively unsophisticated and poorly educated and untrained people in their labour market; trade offs will be made to take account of this and to create as many much needed jobs as possible and avoid challenging and complex training programs. the opening of the 5300ft to 5600ft levels is certainly a step into profitability and divi potential with fizzy grades. Wonder what WB temps are. The timetable to open up the shallow resource ( within 1000m of surface ) looks good. Should add a strong safety net to the mine operations which will have a significant effect on sp IMHO. Trying to play this smart.......I shall buy on the pull backs .........if there are any !!

Bunch of bastadayeroes..........last year they were targeting 600p plus.......when no one had a reason to buy. Now,....... well........ its obviously a buy so they slide their targets down to 320p

I guess we cant complain. We all know everything we are in is very high risk......... But hey Mms always leave me gasping.......they put the sp '' UP '' ?? So its not unreasonable to think that is contrived window dressing is it ?? It all reflects on the perceived quality of our Management.

so if what we found was much more then by declaring 2 Tcfg and selling off most of it we have effectively given a huge chunk of it away...............well some might think that's par for the course

Oh dear another very large nail in our coffin..........much more borrowing soon to go into O'c back pocket. He hasn't any experience managing or overseeing big projects and PCI doesn't have the expertise or structure to cope or manage the spend or engineering. Within 18mths we will possibly have so much debt our only way out will be to sell up AT to close the over burdening debt and all we will have to show for the years of shinanigins will be what we got with Melrose ( and that a load of low grade stuff which isn't filling our treasury )...........so we have turned into Melrose and squandered AT. Forget Kurdy I suspect we arnt on the migration path and so any reservoir potential not filled AIMHO of course. So in 2 years we have been turned into Melrose and our highly paid leaders are out of it with their booty..........that is why all that talk about move to main listing was bull5itt and intended to dress PCI up as legitimate solid Company............which we and everyone else now knows we arnt. Cant see aim taking us with our leadership and their governance record and being disciplined by a major stock holder. Remembering PCI's response to the requirement from our Major stockholder that the Board be trimmed ?.........they managed a speedy spiteful response declaring that those who had lost their Board seats would still of course attend the Board meetings............how silly and childish is that........ya boo shucks !! Yeh they got a communication out for that !! Shows the small minded vanity and self interest which afflicts our Co.. AIMHO I want B O'C out please and lets get a proper oilman big Engineering Manager who has some solid material achievements in his career. In my opinion he has just played politics...........with our money and the product of Cravens talent. Is he claiming the AT success as his own ?? Well he wont convince anyone about that I suspect. AIMHO
