I am just having a very uneducated guess when I ask if the following is at all possible...
I agree with those before me that it seems like we are been held around 30 pre some news..
Wouldn't it be totally plausible that Copl could offer Tallinn a small cash advance of ..let's say $5/10million to settle any overhang of interest arrears ect on the debt that Tallinn are carrying from Cuda.
Then as part of the same transaction we issue 25% more shares @28, these shares are then issued to Tallinn as final settlement for total control of Cuda's remaining assets.
Although Tallinn like to be lenders and not investors in oil exploration, this would allow them to offload their holding as our sp increases (as expected) with increased production rates and results from our well are announced.
Win for Copl, it gets 100% ownership without raising additional capital.
Win for Tallinn, they settle their books by receiving all backdated interest payments ect follow by their initial capital when they sell their shares into the rising market as updates are released.
Win for the pi, as the deal is done and the brakes are released on our sp allowing it to reach its full potential for want we have.
Win for my missus, I make loads of money and bring her out for a nice posh curry.....this time next year Rodney..gla
