Having no news atm, if it allows the sp to settle and gain back some of its lost ground as we wait.

Art is only the frontman for Copl, the backers with the money decide what price they are willing to pay in the placing and the sp is worked accordingly. Yep, production figures are there for those in the business to see, but I don't see that as being of much interest re Cuda. Personally, I can't see a bidding war with Copl for Cuda's 27% interest, what bidder would want to outbid Copl only for them to be dictated to by Copl as to where and how monies will be required/used . I'm just interested as to whether we buy all of Cuda's assets or just the parts related to us.

Could we dare think a positive RNS is on its way ....

So...$1.35 atm =£1.02 divided by 5 =20.2 ...all good considering the cash in hand, but we need news to get this moving, waiting game atm..gla

We should have had an update today re Target providing/not providing the final requirement to complete the IPO, you would think that this was an important piece of information, seems not....lol

This will grow on news every couple of months, not the pre selling spikes before funding announcements as seen before. Fully funded till Q1 23, selling itself as a new growth company atm, as seen by all the presentations lately. Slimlined company now, with full focus on its proven lines and looking to partner/ license these ASAP. Just my take on things atm..gla

Could KAT still do the IPO, but without Target and direct with Blyvoor ?, cut out the middle man, who as Blyvoor say, doesn't own the tailings anyway and as we paid for the drill tests, we own any information they gave up.......all not out of the question as I see it.gla

Unfortunately and with great disappointment KAT announces that due to Target being unable to satisfy the terms of the deal in the time allowed, we have been forced to abandon our joint IPO. Bla, bla, bla and we look forward to updating the market on how we will dig ourselves out of this mess....

Presumably, an IPO whos application was initiated prior to the cut off date would be exempt to that particular rule.

What a sh.t show this turned out to be.

We are told the IPO is all off as target mines don't own the dumps....

Well, that's what the present owner is saying....

Blyvoor Gold director, Richard Floyd is in charge of the sale process. He told Miningmx he was approached by Jan Brits of Target Mine Consulting – which is Katoro’s partner in the Blyvoor Joint Venture – to buy the dumps.

“We granted him a six month option to purchase the dumps which lapsed because Brits could not come up with the money. He then came back to us and we granted him another six month option which lapsed in December last year again because he could not find the money.

“Our legal advice is very clear. There is no sale and we are now talking to other buyers. We are currently taking advice on how we should react to the LSE announcement by Katoro.”

Said Briggs: “As far as I am aware, there is still an agreement between the joint venture (specifically Target) and Blyvoor Gold. To my knowledge this agreement has not been cancelled and Blyvoor Gold are fully aware of the listing and the objectives of the listing.”

We knew it could happen, up from here, up on to your hats..gla

Looking at our market capital atm versus cash, it would seem that there is no value attributed to our projects, hopefully news soon will correct this anomal...gla
