We're looking to buy Cuda, the new we'll seems to be a game changer, we more than likely will have a placing to buy Cuda, all backed up by our production rates and new discovery. Those like myself with a higher sp than it is atm, will sadly miss the cream, but should do well either way as reality sinks in that this company will be making big returns soon.....don't get freaked and sell by 3rd quarter production being a tad less than 2nd quarter results, it has been mention that there have been issues trying to facilitate the increase in production...gla

Additionally, the Company shall execute one or more non-binding letters of intent by September 30, 2021 and a binding offer to purchase by October 31, 2021.

Consolidation at 100/1, so what if it happens, the value of the company is still the same. If Art wants a placing, he doesn't need to consolidate first, he could just add billion more shares.
Anyway a Consolidation would be good to tidy up the amount of shares floating around atm.
Also, if he has a placing in mind, the money men will always get in before us, so no point moaning about that either.
And finally a placing now would be used to add even greater value to the company, not like others, where the placing is used to keep a company afloat, I know we would all love the sp much higher before such things happen, but money talks and any crumbs left for us will still see a profit...gla

Ps. I'm not saying there will be either, just that people need to chill, what will happen will happen and our contribution will have little effect on the outcome.
