Cuda has a couple of weeks to sort out it's finances and is up for sale, it's carrying about $50 million debt.....what price is fair for it's assets ?

Well, have I missed something mentioned earlier as this is a bolt out if the blue to me..
Quick question for those more knowledgeable about these things than I am.
Where will the shares come from that will trade in the US ?, is it that their broker will buy on the UK open market and covert the price into dollars ?

Many investors seem to be confused about whether you can hold foreign shares in ISAs.

The answer is simple: You can!

According to HMRC, you can hold foreign shares in an ISA as long as the shares are in a company listed on “a recognised stock exchange anywhere in the world”.

HMRC doesn’t specify exactly what it means mean “recognised”, so you may have trouble if you want to snap up some Mongolian-listed bargains.

But shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, German companies listed on the DAX, and shares traded on the other big markets around the world are all eligible.

Don't forget Tils is already listed on Nasdaq, so no real change for them, just have to ride it out, sell if you must, but what you will get in the panic sale, your best leaving , in the hope next year Tils Nasdaq will repay you...gla

I'm totally ****ed at the shenanigans today, was looking forward to a nice re-rate, but hey ho, I guess the institutions called the shots today and wanted a pound of flesh before they came on board. Couldn't give a flying f..k if it goes down tomorrow as I know it will turn back soon enough. Need I say again, asset bought for a knock down price, oil output set to double plus more and oil price nearly double what it was....not to mention all the other strings attached.....going to go with the gut feeling and stay for the ride, just hope that gut feeling isn't the ****s coming on...lol, gla
