$80 for a financial mess is Cuda's loss and Copl's gain. Copl were in the right place at the right time and have got the distressed assets at rock bottom prices...gla

For them to offload the placing shares, apart from that, $40million dollars is laughable considering the figures Syme keeps shouting about....

Cuda are in a difficult position now, their shareholders are carrying huge loses from earlier financing and this leaves their bod in a difficult position. If Copl requests further funding going forward from them. They either meet these request from their new partner (good money after bad ), renege on their requirements as shareholders, which could see them lose their entitlement or accept an offer and walk away. Why take the hassle and risk with fighting a major partner (who has financial backing) when you can come away with some of your losses back.

Can't work out why people are whinging, ok the bod have missed their relist date (s), I'm sure they are a bit frustrated themselves. Posters saying their money is locked in and they are not able to invest elsewhere, if that's all you have to worry about and your whinging, you know very little about the risks in investing ...I could understand if the price of oil was dropping or our funds were being depleted during this lock-in, but on the contrary, both are rising.......SO CHILL !!!!! Next revenue announcement will be dire, as they have said themselves, they are putting the drive for new subscribers on the back burner as all their efforts will be towards the app and signing up partners for the roll out. Personally I see a further fall in the sp until the rest of the loan notes are sorted as these are a big cloud over the sp atm. Having said all that, I think the final quarter could see a big re-rate in the sp if the app is received well by the market. After that, the sky is the limit if they can gain the subscribers they are looking for...gla

Wtf...does anybody care who ramps or de-ramps atm, it can't influence anyone to buy or sell as we are frozen. Let's all wait till the company publishes its Prospectus and then we can make our own decision as to whether this is a con or a multi bagger...gla

I agree, shorting can be a gambling position taken on the sp movement of a company but let's be fair, it's used to drive down the sp too, especially in low liquidity shares...gla
